Springhill Suites Midtown Manhattan/Park Avenue

Pretty dismal. Sparse staff; small, cramped, uncomfortable lobby. Impossible to reach staff from room (No TV remote).

I just reserved a room for a quick nap during a break in the work day. I had trouble booking at first through the app and called the hotel directly. Megha who was at the desk proceeded to be a great help in adjusting my time to accommodate me! I’ve travelled many places and have asked for similar accommodations only to either be told it can’t be done or having to explain it numerous times with numerous reps to get it done and Megha simply said “it’s done! Enjoy your stay!” Oh man what a relief! I wish ALL reps at all places were like this! Thanks again and again Megha!

Horrible place. The rooms were so tiny, there is no room to walk around the bed. My room rate included breakfast... they had pre-made omelettes - they were disgusting. they had tea/coffe, juice, yogurt, boiled eggs, toast. Bur for the price they are charging I would expect better breakfast. The gym so small... 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical, some weights and 2 mats. That's it... sufficient if you want to have a quick workout.
