Riu Palace Zanzibar

My husband and I loved the experience at Riu palace. One of the first staff we met at the Sunshine bar was Joyce who subsequently was in all bars we went to. And her attention to detail, articulation in English and friendliness was awesome. Another staff whodeserves mentioning is Tungwa who was very creative in assuring we had the best sleeping arrangewith towels and hibiscus and orchids. Very nice. Celebrated my birthday here. Was very happy with the settings in the room. Thank you to Jackson 5 for listening to our feedback. Restaurants were amazing . Fine dining was awesome as well as buffet. Narayan at Pomenade attention to detail and very passionate about ensuring all guests are happy. Overall the facilities and service gets a 5 star rating from us. We are deciding which Riu next?

Since the very first moment, the vacation feeling started. The staff at the reception greeted us with a refreshing towel and a welcome drink. A golf cart took you to your room. The resort was very spacious and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed doing yoga and water aerobics with the RiuFit team. The sea and the beach were a dream. Although you was approached by vendors on the beach. If you show no interest, they leave you alone. The buffet was absolutely delicious 😋! Special requests were quickly fulfilled. One of the best vacations I’ve had! Thanks to all the staff, and special thanks to Mariam (our room maid), Jema, Vanessa, Catherine (poolside service), Glory, George, Anna, Sabrina, Elias, Ibrahim, Josephine E. M. ... (service in the main restaurant), Basho and J 5 (RiuFit) and all the cooks from the Main Restaurant ❤️ ------------- Not so positive: Smoking everywhere is a bit bothersome, especially because no consideration is given to non-smokers.

Die Farben der Insel sind atemberaubend. Das Personal ist unglaublich, ständig auf unser Wohl bedacht. Ganz liebe Grüße an Mariam & Joyce, sie haben einen großen Teil zu unserer Erholung beigetragen. Die Blue Safari haben wir über Marco am Strand gebucht, es war der Hammer! Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und das Hotel ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
