Nozha Beach

Pěkný hotel s krásnou pláží a čistým mořem. Pokoje světlé, opravené. Vždy s balkónem, na straně k bazénu vždy výhled na moře. Bazény čisté a voda teplá. Strava bohatá a některé dny speciální pokrmy. Personál milý a ochotný. Skvělé animace každý den! Od letiště vzdálenější, ale vše v tomto hotelu vám to vynahradí.

We have just returned from our stay at Nozha Beach Hotel, and I can honestly say that we had an absolutely wonderful time. This was our very first all-inclusive holiday, and we could not have wished for a better experience. The hotel was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff throughout the hotel were always kind, friendly, and helpful. One of the things we loved the most was the entertainment program. There was something happening throughout the entire day, including activities for adults. From morning Aquagym and fun quizzes to the evening entertainment, there was always something to enjoy. The animation team was absolutely fantastic - full of energy, enthusiasm, kindness, and positive vibes. They truly made our holiday even more special and deserve a huge thank you and recognition for everything they do. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their wonderful attitude and hospitality. Everyone we met made us feel welcome and helped create such a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay. We also noticed how dedicated the children's animation team was, even though we don't have children ourselves. It was lovely to see how much effort and care they put into entertaining and spending time with the little guests. At the end of the day, a great holiday is not only about the hotel itself, the facilities, or how clean everything is. It is about the people who create the atmosphere and make you feel happy and welcome. And the people at Nozha Beach Hotel truly made our holiday unforgettable. This was our first all-inclusive holiday, but definitely not our last! We enjoyed ourselves more than we could have imagined, and honestly, I really didn't want to leave. We were genuinely happy here and are already hoping to return next year - hopefully for an even longer stay.

Went mid July with my son who is 7. I would give the resort a 3.5 and my son would give it a 5 so we’ll settle with a 4. The vibe was welcoming from the hotel staff. My son befriended a few of them, especially the slide pool lifeguard Leelo. There are 4 pools, all well maintained throughout the day. The main pool was fine for my son (max depth 1.4m). He enjoyed playing there mostly. They had activities in the pool like swim exercises and water polo. The beach was clean and waters clear and warm. Few seaweed further in an snorkelling opportunities not that far within walking distance. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaners were friendly and accommodating. Our room was right above the evening entertainment area. Didn’t bother us sleepwise as we were tired at the end of the day! So the things I generally thought needed improvement; The staff although generally welcoming and helpful there were a few occasions where I felt the reception staff could have done better. My tshirt had blown into an area outside another persons room and it took 4 days for them to get it. I asked a few times at the reception, but you get more help with the cleaners and staff on the floors. Also the room phone didn’t work as I was unable to contact the reception, which was tricky for me as it was only my son and I. The food was good, a little bland I thought but salt and pepper was always on hand. Being vegetarian I found the choices limited in terms of the stews which were available, and the cous cous was always mixed with the meat. There was always grilled or sautéd vegetables available though and the salad section was nice. Ice creams were available throughout the afternoon and they had 3/4 flavours at a time and more near the pool area.

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff is helpful and nice. We had a nice cleaning lady named Soulef on our floor, she was very friendly and did a great job at cleaning our room. The food here is nice, but sometimes a little bit plain on spices. The utensils were a little dirty sometimes, but that's understandable with how many people there are. The pool was very clean and refreshing, though it was a bit of a fight for the loungers as people kept "reservating" them. The beach was not that crowded and the sea was clean. Though the sellers were a bit too much for us. They're not allowed to the lounge area so they just walk along the coast. Every evening there is some show and it was wonderful! The crew here makes entertainment all day long and it's such a great thing. The moderator talks many languages, like German, English, Czech, French. We saw a magician, acrobats and many more. Personally I loved them.

What a lovely relaxing Hotel!!! Great for everyone!! We traveled on July 10th -17th If you aren't planning to go outside the complex dont bother buying a esim like we did because the Wifi is excellent from the front desk to the beach there was always wifi. Was even able to whatsapp video friends. The sand is so nice and the sea lovely and warm, tho sometimes a bit choppy. But goto the hotels beach look left and a few metres away is a lovely part of sea that even tho choppy is easy swimable. Life guards are present at all times. The gardens are well kept the pool is spotless and clean. The live Entertainment at the hotel was amazing. The best we have experienced. Always something going on. The animation team are also busy busy busy but at the same time you can see they enjoy their jobs. As you walk thru reception and enter the main doors onto the swimming pool area on your right there is a nice seating area where live music was played which was lovely. Food is ok. A bit repetitive but still yummy. The omelets are really nice. We booked all specialty dinners as soon as we got the chance. Its true that the alcohol shots are small but you only have to ask for double or triple shot and they are happy to do so. There are plenty of sun beds especially on the beach but the beds at the pool do get reserved quite quickly. We just got up at around 8am and reserved a fancy four posted bed which was very comfy. So when we booked it via tui website the website said 45mins to the hotel. But after booking, as others have mentioned its more like 2-2.5hours seeing the hotel is at the last drop off. So we just booked a private taxi which we and many others did. First time we have done this so a little worried but everything went well and we are glad we did as we in our hotel registered and having a late night snack way before the tui coach arrived. The company we used was: Primeline Transfer. Think it was £30-35 for 4 people. But well worth it, as we were gone before anyone was even getting to the tui rep to get on the bus. We were warned " delays and queues at the Tunisian airport expect and hour wait. We landed and within 20mins literally we were in the taxi and on our way to the hotel.!" If you have a alte arrival there is some buffet snacky food at night for late arrivals. The Manager met us and helped us with our forms and was very friendly and inviting as were the staff. In my opinion TUI are misleading and misadvertising people with that 45min time (tho it is correct IF it was a direct route) but its not direct route as there are many drop offs which take foreeeveeer. Plug sockets are the round 2 pins. Air con does work. The balcony doors need to be always closed to work. (As there is a sensor) There is a safe tho we didn't use it. There is a kettle with selection of teas and some coffee. There is a hair-drier. There is soap and shower gel etc. But we usually bring our own. Your can hire a beach towel but we just brought our own. A bottle of water is in the fridge on your arrival and you can always ask for another bottle at any of the bars. Obviously with a hotel with so many guests having a shower before dinner which we went at 7pm the water is a little warm. So we went and had a shower at 5pm. So the BIG question: Would we come back? the answer is a LOUD ...YES!! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! When you do your research look at both the positives and negatives. But focus on the positives!! Those negatives reviews are very picky. If you go come to this hotel you will enjoy it alot both the kids and adults. Just a reminder that even if you aren't actually in the sun you will still get a nice tan like i did because of the sea wind!!
