One of the absolute highlights of our holiday was the entertainment team. They were fantastic and genuinely helped make our two weeks memorable. Every day, they organised aqua aerobics around the pool, which quickly became the highlight of our daytime entertainment. Yes, the music was loud at times, but it created such a fun atmosphere that even people who weren't in the pool found themselves joining in with the music and enjoying the energy. The team were also amazing with the children. Although we didn't travel with children ourselves, we became friendly with some families and saw first-hand how caring and attentive the entertainment staff were. On one occasion, a member of the team even held a baby and took them for a walk around the pool area, giving the parents a little time to finish their breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture. There were games, activities and plenty of opportunities to get the adults involved, too. The team made a real effort to speak to guests, saying hello and asking how they were every day. They were approachable, friendly and full of personality. My partner and I are from Manchester, and it didn't take long before the team were greeting us with a cheerful "Y'alright, mate?" in the style of the Gallagher brothers! It always made us laugh and became one of those little holiday memories we'll remember fondly. A special mention must go to Marco and Lorenzo, who were particular standouts. They brought so much energy, friendliness and fun to our stay and deserve recognition for the fantastic job they do. The à la carte restaurants had exceptional food The hotel's Mediterranean and traditional Tunisian à la carte restaurants were another major highlight. Both were outstanding in terms of service, atmosphere, decor and food quality. At the Tunisian restaurant, we tried the lamb, which was mouth-wateringly delicious. It was beautifully cooked, fell off the bone and was far better than we had anticipated. We genuinely thought it would be the meal of the holiday; until we visited the Mediterranean restaurant! The Mediterranean restaurant was spectacular. The dining room was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the beef steak we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. It was an exceptional meal. We visited a few nights before leaving, and it helped bring our holiday to a fantastic finish. By that point, we had begun to experience flavour fatigue from the limited variety in the main buffet, so these dining experiences were particularly welcome. The beach bar also offered barbecues and themed food nights, and we generally found the food here to be of slightly better quality than in the main buffet. My partner did experience a tummy bug for a few days during our stay. We cannot say what caused it, and we appreciate that stomach upsets can sometimes happen when travelling abroad, so we wouldn't want to attribute it to just the hotel. The first occurrence was relatively minor, and the staff sprayed the affected area. We were satisfied that the problem had been dealt with and initially thought no more of it. They had gathered in such large numbers in one area that we had to remove all our belongings from the desk so the area could be treated. On this occasion, the chemicals used during the treatment lingered in the room and got onto our chests, leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. We went to dinner, hoping the situation would settle, but while in the buffet restaurant, we approached a member of staff and showed them the photographs and videos we had taken to document the problem. The member of staff contacted the hotel manager, who arrived at our table within five minutes. He looked through our evidence, listened to our concerns and asked us to continue our meal while he arranged a solution. Within 20 minutes, we had been allocated a new room on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the sea, beach and pool. Although the infestation was an unpleasant and disappointing experience, we were genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the manager handled our complaint. He took our concerns seriously and resolved the situation efficiently. Credit where it is due, as this was excellent customer service. The main buffet food was our biggest disappointment Sadly, the main buffet was the biggest letdown of our holiday. Just got back from a week at the fabulous Nozha Beach. From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of the people here. We arrived early so expected that our room would not be available. We were greeted by a very happy, lovely man on reception and told our room would only be 15 minutes. He checked us in, gave us our wristbands and sent us off for a welcome drink. We had a little wander on to the terrace and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the whole place. After 20 minutes we went back to reception and got our room key. We were allocated room 1143 and the porter took our luggage up for us. Room 1143 is a 2 bedroom family room. The children had a separate sleeping area which is exactly what we wanted. It is not separated by a door though so it doesn’t feel like they are too far away. The room was spacious and clean with more than enough storage space for all our things. The bathroom is a little odd in the fact that the shower is mounted in the middle of the bath as opposed to at one end and the shower screen does not manage to contain all of the water due to this. It means you end up with some water on the floor and need to put an extra towel down but it didn’t cause us any concern. The air conditioning works well and was independent in each of the sleeping areas. The balcony faced out towards the pool and the view was lovely. As we were above the terrace we could hear the music from the evening. However once the door was closed, the air conditioning was sufficient to drown out any noise coming from outside. The beds are VERY firm but again this was of no concern to us and we all slept well. The cleaning staff are brilliant. Our cleaning lady was super nice and friendly. Always greeted me with a small and pleasantries. I asked her on the second morning for an extra bath towel as we only had 3 between the 4 of us and she accommodated this request quickly. The energy from the animation team is superb! There is always something to do for the adults or the kids! Darts, aqua gym, volleyball, water polo! They don’t hassle you if you’re not interested but will always give you the option to join in. The pool foam party! Incredible! Energy level 10+ The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this! Music cranked up, dancing and foam in the pool! They advise you before it starts to keep an extra eye on young ones as it can be a bit chaotic amongst the foam. The pool side and communal areas are constantly being cleaned! There is a woman who is relentlessly clearing water from the poolside so as people don’t slip over! The only thing that slightly lets this wonderful resort down is the food sadly. It is consistently cold. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doesn’t matter what time go but it’s cold, not luke warm, just cold. This really does need to be improved on somehow. The live cooking stations are better. Fresh omelettes and pancakes in the morning. Fresh meat and fish at lunch time. The selection in the main restaurant is good. The lunchtime choices at the beach restaurant seem to be the same every day but I’m pretty easily pleased when it comes to food as long as I haven’t had to cook it and don’t have to clear up after! My husband however struggled with the food situation. Special mention to the table guy in the beach restaurant, lovely genuine man, always helping to find you a good spot to sit. We ate at both the à la carte restaurants. The food was better here but the menu choices are limited to 3 options that they will tell you when you are booking. The location is brilliant. Just behind the pool is the beach and it’s stunning. There are additional activities on the beach that you can pay to do, they are not affiliated with the hotel. We did all of them (parasailing, camel rides, jet skis and banana boat), they were all reasonably priced and we felt safe during all the activities. There are quite a few restaurants located outside of the hotel on the main road, I think next time we would probably venture out and try a couple if the food has not improved. I do intend to return though because everything else was incredible! The people, the resort and the energy here are definitely worth the visit!
We have just arrived back to the UK after spending a week here. To the lovely rainy weather! What an amazing experience. Loved every minute of it. Animation team are amazing, Marco, Pika,Mario, Lorenzo (Anaconda/Hose lol) can not remember the others but a massive shout out to you all, Made my two boys feel so welcome and we know how hard it is to please teenagers!! To the cleaners and pool cleaners, life guards on the beach who watched my two boys whilst in the sea. Thank you so much, You all do an amazing job!! Also to the catering staff, Lovely guy had out table ready every night for us, to the bar staff they gave my partner an english beer everyday lol (in a big pint glass). Only downside is the cocktails and drinks can be a bit sickly after a while (but I am really fussy I only drink proper bacardi rum) food was good lots to chose from. And also the fact our room took ages getting ready but no fault of the hotel, Just one of those things. Ignore the negatives and go and experience it for yourself. Be open minded as they don't earn alot and I can tell you that these lovely staff are the hardest workers I have ever seen on a complex in all the years I have been using TUI. We tipped throughout the week the ones we see all day on their feet cleaning the pool especially the lady in the photo forgot her name but she worked her butt off!! And was always polite and made sure we was ok. 🥰 (you don't have to tip)much love to all the staff and we shall be back next year! Entertainment every evening and by the pool. Honestly one of the best holidays we have had. I would say though maybe a football pitch 🤣🤣cos the boys kept on at me to go an play football all the time. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, with a lovely beach, a great pool, friendly bars, good facilities and some of the warmest, most welcoming staff we have encountered. The entertainment team were outstanding, and Marco and Lorenzo deserve particular praise. The à la carte restaurants also delivered some of the best meals of our holiday. The management deserves credit for how quickly the ant infestation was addressed, although it was disappointing to have experienced it in the first place. However, for us, the main buffet food was a significant weakness that affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. In our opinion, the hotel itself feels worthy of a four-star rating, but the main buffet food was closer to two- or three-star quality at best. The contrast between the beautiful hotel and the disappointing buffet was simply too great to ignore. Would we return? Unfortunately, probably not and that is entirely down to the food. We would happily praise the hotel, its location and its staff, but on a two-week holiday, food is an important part of the overall experience. Despite all the positives, the limited choice and lack of variety would make us think twice about booking again. It is a real shame, because with improvements to the main buffet, this could be an exceptional holiday destination. The hotel has so much going for it, and the staff work hard to make guests feel welcome. We just wish the food had lived up to the same standard.

Pěkný hotel s krásnou pláží a čistým mořem. Pokoje světlé, opravené. Vždy s balkónem, na straně k bazénu vždy výhled na moře. Bazény čisté a voda teplá. Strava bohatá a některé dny speciální pokrmy. Personál milý a ochotný. Skvělé animace každý den! Od letiště vzdálenější, ale vše v tomto hotelu vám to vynahradí.
Just got back from a week at the fabulous Nozha Beach. From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of the people here. We arrived early so expected that our room would not be available. We were greeted by a very happy, lovely man on reception and told our room would only be 15 minutes. He checked us in, gave us our wristbands and sent us off for a welcome drink. We had a little wander on to the terrace and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of the whole place. After 20 minutes we went back to reception and got our room key. We were allocated room 1143 and the porter took our luggage up for us. Room 1143 is a 2 bedroom family room. The children had a separate sleeping area which is exactly what we wanted. It is not separated by a door though so it doesn’t feel like they are too far away. The room was spacious and clean with more than enough storage space for all our things. The bathroom is a little odd in the fact that the shower is mounted in the middle of the bath as opposed to at one end and the shower screen does not manage to contain all of the water due to this. It means you end up with some water on the floor and need to put an extra towel down but it didn’t cause us any concern. The air conditioning works well and was independent in each of the sleeping areas. The balcony faced out towards the pool and the view was lovely. As we were above the terrace we could hear the music from the evening. However once the door was closed, the air conditioning was sufficient to drown out any noise coming from outside. The beds are VERY firm but again this was of no concern to us and we all slept well. The cleaning staff are brilliant. Our cleaning lady was super nice and friendly. Always greeted me with a small and pleasantries. I asked her on the second morning for an extra bath towel as we only had 3 between the 4 of us and she accommodated this request quickly. The energy from the animation team is superb! There is always something to do for the adults or the kids! Darts, aqua gym, volleyball, water polo! They don’t hassle you if you’re not interested but will always give you the option to join in. The pool foam party! Incredible! Energy level 10+ The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed this! Music cranked up, dancing and foam in the pool! They advise you before it starts to keep an extra eye on young ones as it can be a bit chaotic amongst the foam. The pool side and communal areas are constantly being cleaned! There is a woman who is relentlessly clearing water from the poolside so as people don’t slip over! The only thing that slightly lets this wonderful resort down is the food sadly. It is consistently cold. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doesn’t matter what time go but it’s cold, not luke warm, just cold. This really does need to be improved on somehow. The live cooking stations are better. Fresh omelettes and pancakes in the morning. Fresh meat and fish at lunch time. The selection in the main restaurant is good. The lunchtime choices at the beach restaurant seem to be the same every day but I’m pretty easily pleased when it comes to food as long as I haven’t had to cook it and don’t have to clear up after! My husband however struggled with the food situation. Special mention to the table guy in the beach restaurant, lovely genuine man, always helping to find you a good spot to sit. We ate at both the à la carte restaurants. The food was better here but the menu choices are limited to 3 options that they will tell you when you are booking. The location is brilliant. Just behind the pool is the beach and it’s stunning. There are additional activities on the beach that you can pay to do, they are not affiliated with the hotel. We did all of them (parasailing, camel rides, jet skis and banana boat), they were all reasonably priced and we felt safe during all the activities. There are quite a few restaurants located outside of the hotel on the main road, I think next time we would probably venture out and try a couple if the food has not improved. I do intend to return though because everything else was incredible! The people, the resort and the energy here are definitely worth the visit!
We have just arrived back to the UK after spending a week here. To the lovely rainy weather! What an amazing experience. Loved every minute of it. Animation team are amazing, Marco, Pika,Mario, Lorenzo (Anaconda/Hose lol) can not remember the others but a massive shout out to you all, Made my two boys feel so welcome and we know how hard it is to please teenagers!! To the cleaners and pool cleaners, life guards on the beach who watched my two boys whilst in the sea. Thank you so much, You all do an amazing job!! Also to the catering staff, Lovely guy had out table ready every night for us, to the bar staff they gave my partner an english beer everyday lol (in a big pint glass). Only downside is the cocktails and drinks can be a bit sickly after a while (but I am really fussy I only drink proper bacardi rum) food was good lots to chose from. And also the fact our room took ages getting ready but no fault of the hotel, Just one of those things. Ignore the negatives and go and experience it for yourself. Be open minded as they don't earn alot and I can tell you that these lovely staff are the hardest workers I have ever seen on a complex in all the years I have been using TUI. We tipped throughout the week the ones we see all day on their feet cleaning the pool especially the lady in the photo forgot her name but she worked her butt off!! And was always polite and made sure we was ok. 🥰 (you don't have to tip)much love to all the staff and we shall be back next year! Entertainment every evening and by the pool. Honestly one of the best holidays we have had. I would say though maybe a football pitch 🤣🤣cos the boys kept on at me to go an play football all the time. But seriously Thank you Nozha beach, We miss you all already and can not wait to come back to do the Nozha beach dance!!! My favourite part of the day that was!! 🥰🥰
We stayed at this hotel in Tunisia for two weeks and came away with mixed feelings. There is a lot to love about this hotel, from its beautiful surroundings and fantastic location to the wonderful staff and outstanding entertainment team. Unfortunately, there was one significant area that let the experience down for us: the food in the main buffet. The Positives The hotel, room and location On arrival, both the hotel and our room were very clean, giving us a great first impression. We were allocated a ground-floor room conveniently located close to the pool. The room was in good condition overall and appeared well maintained. The shower was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, although the mattress was on the firmer side, so those who prefer a softer bed may find it a little uncomfortable. We loved the hotel itself, its appearance and its location. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the beach and the pool. We were also fortunate to have fantastic weather throughout our stay, which certainly helped make the holiday enjoyable. The staff and facilities The staff throughout the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful. Both the main bar and pool bar had a welcoming atmosphere, and the selection of drinks was good. The bar area was always popular with guests. The Wi-Fi worked in various locations around the hotel, including on the beach, which was a welcome bonus. We were also provided with unlimited bottles of mineral water, helping guests stay hydrated in the Tunisian heat. The entertainment team – outstanding! One of the absolute highlights of our holiday was the entertainment team. They were fantastic and genuinely helped make our two weeks memorable. Every day, they organised aqua aerobics around the pool, which quickly became the highlight of our daytime entertainment. Yes, the music was loud at times, but it created such a fun atmosphere that even people who weren't in the pool found themselves joining in with the music and enjoying the energy. The team were also amazing with the children. Although we didn't travel with children ourselves, we became friendly with some families and saw first-hand how caring and attentive the entertainment staff were. On one occasion, a member of the team even held a baby and took them for a walk around the pool area, giving the parents a little time to finish their breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture. There were games, activities and plenty of opportunities to get the adults involved, too. The team made a real effort to speak to guests, saying hello and asking how they were every day. They were approachable, friendly and full of personality. My partner and I are from Manchester, and it didn't take long before the team were greeting us with a cheerful "Y'alright, mate?" in the style of the Gallagher brothers! It always made us laugh and became one of those little holiday memories we'll remember fondly. A special mention must go to Marco and Lorenzo, who were particular standouts. They brought so much energy, friendliness and fun to our stay and deserve recognition for the fantastic job they do. The à la carte restaurants had exceptional food The hotel's Mediterranean and traditional Tunisian à la carte restaurants were another major highlight. Both were outstanding in terms of service, atmosphere, decor and food quality. At the Tunisian restaurant, we tried the lamb, which was mouth-wateringly delicious. It was beautifully cooked, fell off the bone and was far better than we had anticipated. We genuinely thought it would be the meal of the holiday; until we visited the Mediterranean restaurant! The Mediterranean restaurant was spectacular. The dining room was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the beef steak we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection. It was an exceptional meal. We visited a few nights before leaving, and it helped bring our holiday to a fantastic finish. By that point, we had begun to experience flavour fatigue from the limited variety in the main buffet, so these dining experiences were particularly welcome. The beach bar also offered barbecues and themed food nights, and we generally found the food here to be of slightly better quality than in the main buffet. My partner did experience a tummy bug for a few days during our stay. We cannot say what caused it, and we appreciate that stomach upsets can sometimes happen when travelling abroad, so we wouldn't want to attribute it to just the hotel. The Negatives The ant infestation in our room Unfortunately, we experienced a significant problem with ants in our original room. The first occurrence was relatively minor, and the staff sprayed the affected area. We were satisfied that the problem had been dealt with and initially thought no more of it. However, just a day later, we experienced a much more serious infestation. Ants were crawling up the walls, across the dressing table and around the bin. They had gathered in such large numbers in one area that we had to remove all our belongings from the desk so the area could be treated. On this occasion, the chemicals used during the treatment lingered in the room and got onto our chests, leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. We went to dinner, hoping the situation would settle, but while in the buffet restaurant, we approached a member of staff and showed them the photographs and videos we had taken to document the problem. The member of staff contacted the hotel manager, who arrived at our table within five minutes. He looked through our evidence, listened to our concerns and asked us to continue our meal while he arranged a solution. Within 20 minutes, we had been allocated a new room on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the sea, beach and pool. Although the infestation was an unpleasant and disappointing experience, we were genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally the manager handled our complaint. He took our concerns seriously and resolved the situation efficiently. Credit where it is due, as this was excellent customer service. The main buffet food was our biggest disappointment Sadly, the main buffet was the biggest letdown of our holiday. We stayed for two weeks and found there was very little rotation or variety in the dishes offered. While the food was generally acceptable, it simply did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this standard, particularly over such a long stay. We often found ourselves choosing basic options such as pizza and chips because there was little else that appealed to us. Breakfast was generally the best meal of the day, but overall, the lack of variety became increasingly frustrating as the holiday went on. The quality and choice of food in the main buffet felt considerably below the standard suggested by the rest of the hotel. The contrast was particularly noticeable when dining at the à la carte restaurants, where the food was genuinely excellent. This left us wondering why the same level of quality and care couldn't be reflected in the main restaurant. We were not the only guests who felt this way. We met another couple who told us they had visited Tunisia four times before and considered this the worst hotel they had stayed at in terms of food quality.
