We booked this hotel through Loveholidays as it was advertised as a 4-star resort, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The rooms were very basic with broken décor and felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping was poor throughout our stay. There were four of us in the room but only three duvets on arrival, and despite asking three times we never received another one. Every day we were left with only two bath towels and two hand towels, so we constantly had to ask reception for more. On the second-to-last day, no clean towels were left at all. To make matters worse, the maid repeatedly entered our room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. The dining experience was one of the biggest disappointments. Tables were regularly left dirty after previous guests, and we often had to wait for someone to clear them or wipe them down ourselves. We repeatedly had to ask for cutlery, meaning our food was cold before we could start eating. The dining room also looked nothing like the photographs used to advertise the hotel, and there was no air conditioning, making meal times extremely uncomfortable in the heat. The food choices were very limited, repetitive and often of poor quality, offering nowhere near the variety you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. We were also surprised that men were allowed to walk around the restaurant shirtless while people were eating, which we felt was inappropriate and not in keeping with the standard of a hotel advertised as 4-star. Some members of staff were helpful, but others were rude. We also noticed that local guests appeared to receive much larger drinks while we were consistently given tiny glasses (more like thimbles), which left us feeling that the service was inconsistent. Although the hotel has access to a beach, it is quite a walk away, making it inconvenient when travelling with children. The beach bar also closed at lunchtime, so it wasn't possible to get drinks there during part of the day despite being on an all-inclusive holiday. The beach itself is beautiful and was one of the highlights of the trip. Reception also gave us incorrect advice about exchanging our remaining Tunisian currency. We were told to do this at the airport, only to be informed on arrival that the hotel should have exchanged it before we left. Overall, this simply did not feel like a 4-star hotel, let alone the higher standard we believed we had booked. While we still made the best of our holiday and enjoyed spending time together as a family, the poor housekeeping, lack of cleanliness, repetitive food, uncomfortable dining conditions, inconsistent service and misleading presentation of the hotel meant it did not live up to the standard we had paid for. Sadly, we would not return or recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Very nice team! Good swiming pool

The best animation team! The are so into their job! The best animation (shaggy - aladan)
Salma is the best worker for the animation team always enthusiastic to be involved with the guests. Hotel very clean and workers very polite. Great facility and range of activities for all age ranges. Highly recommend 👍🏻
