TUI SUNEO Costa Mare Suites

Krásný hotel, velice milý personál obzvlášť číšník Ali, který se velice pěkně o nás staral každý den. Program hotelu byl též každý den zábavný. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni a tento hotel doporučuji navštívit.

Hotel a pokoje jsou krásné, večerní atmosféra také super každý den nějaká akce, drinky výborné, hlavně co tu mají dokonale je jídlo opravdu výborné tady vaří. Obsluha se o všechny výborné stará. Číšník ALI se o nás celý pobyt výborně staral opravdu tu vše bylo krásně .

We traveled as a family of 7. We were over 3 rooms 2 were family room/ double rooms and our 89 yr old grandad was in a single room. We had no complaints or issues in the 2 weeks we were here. The staff were more then welcoming and went above and beyond to do what they could to help you. The entertainment staff were amazing kept everyone entertained daytime and evening. There's shops on site and a migros (supermarket) next door to the left. There's a main pool with childrens area and round the other side is a quieter pool with childrens area we spent our time round the main pool the atmosphere was great everyone got along there was all ages there and everyone got involved. The maids come in our room everyday was cleaned fresh bedding and towels and even left us a nice design on our bed. We done 4 excursions the quads and buggies, atlantis waterpark, boat trip and a drag queen evening and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We enjoyed our holiday that much we will be back again next year. Thankyou costa mare for giving us an unbelievably amazing holiday full of memories and life time friends made ❤️

Food was amazing staff couldn’t do enough for you , the only thing I can say that lets it down is we had to have maintenance out twice blocked toilet and to replace a lightbulb and both left rubber , big problem with sun beds people putting towels on them in morning and going of out for the day , very friendly hotel , and in walking distance from some very nice bars and restaurants

We've only had about 4 all inclusive holidays in the last 15 years, purely because of the food but I was pleasantly surprised with Costa mare suites. To begin with we arrived in the early hours and we were placed on the ground floor next to the adult (quiet pool) which offered less privacy - i asked to be moved in the day after and they tried for us but it was booked up, afterwards I was glad and breathed a sigh of relief when I realised the other side of the hotel is kiddie centred with screams and music and frolicking - not for me, so glad we stayed put. The staff make this hotel , the entertainments team are at it all day long, working hard to give a great experience, you can see it on the kids faces, just smiles all round, there are games and music and slides and ice cream and great weather. The rooms are basic theres no iron and the hair dryer was shocking however it was spotless and the shower was great. The food was mostly impressive. I prefer strong tastes like curry etc and all inclusive do cater for a dainty palete to please everyone however I thought they did a fairly grand job of the catering. Breakfast abroad is always dull - dont forget that Turkey is a muslim country so you sre not going to get the same bacon and sausage but the scrambled eggs where top notch, plenty of fruit, yoghurt and pastries along with cereals, porridge and mix of breads and cheese, meats and salad. The salad island is really, really good, in fact it was delightful, you always get the odd oik that can only eat nuggets but the fruits and veg hits different when grown in the sun and it was lush and varied. Lunch and dinner where fab - i did plate a couple of bits that weren't for me but there was tender lamb, chicken skewers, plenty of fish, pastas, Rice's, yes fries and pizza and nuggets etc but on the whole it was mostly delicious food. A couple of odd bits to try but interesting none the less and a great conversation starter. The drinks are weak but there's something for everyone although having praised the food, the wine was terrible. That's just my opinion. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the sea. The coast in marmaris is stunning and a boat trip is completely worth it. Make sure to tip the hotel staff - yes you did pay for your holiday and its all inclusive but some things are not included which are enthusiasm, kindness and patience and the staff deserve to be rewarded back. Just as an afterthought - the snack bar food could do with some improvement but why are you eating all day long anyway?
