We had a brilliant stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff were genuinely lovely throughout our visit. A special mention has to go to Eren in the restaurant, who really stood out. The service was attentive, friendly, and made our stay more memorable. It’s clear they care about making guests feel looked after. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service— we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We visited as a family right at the start of the summer season at the Nickledeon Hotel. It was very easy to get to and the lovely staff helped us with our bags. We had our requests acknowledged to face the castle and was given the sponge bob room which the 2 kids enjoyed. There is great decor everywhere and you can see another of effort has gone into this The weather wasn't in our favour for the first part of the week which included a heavy sandstorm but the next morning th3 staff was seen cleaning up. Lot of the pools remained closed for 2 days but the rides was still open The staff at the restaurant was friendly and more than accommodating to our needs. The sous-chef who was on the pasta section was very helpful to our requests as we had a child with special needs who just wanted plain pasta to eat. It was a nice break visiting the rixos beach hotel which you have to book where you get a different venue to eat ,relax and go in the pool which makes a change as you will spend most of the time at the resort Soft Drinks were included as it classed as full board plus and being at this hotel you are very close to theme park . The boat parades and shows near the castle are fantastic and the fact you get to see or even swim with dolphins (at an extra price) makes it all magical for the kids The rooms are also a good size even for a family of 4 and we turned the 2 sofa beds into a bigger bed for one of the kids which helped them get a good sleep. Unfortunately air con wasn't operational However ,there are a few minor concerns we had experienced; - room wasn't clean on one day . No one told us we have to press buttons to request this which light up outside - ideally it needs an indoor pool complex ,a few of the days the pool was shut and it rained so it's not ideal and you are just pondering about until weather gets better during the day - a few of the rides wasn't operating and this wasn't always down to weather . The app is not in real time and said they were active but when we got there (I.e zippy zappy coaster) it wasn't running - one of the life guards favour other families. We got told to not jump into the pool which is fair enough but turned a blind eye to others doing the same  One of the female life guards at the aqua park (whirlwind) slide mishandled my autistic child which made him quite upset until I had to shout at the woman to back off . You also need mats for this slide but no signs tell you that - prices are extortionate in the park and you need the wrist band for everything which is not always helpful . Rather just pay on card - lift is very temperamental and busy. If you are on the 1st floor or 2nd floor consider using the stairs Overall it was a great visit, arcades were free and kids were busy throughout the week. As a bonus the man on the reception allowed the restaurant to be open 5 mins early so we could quickly have breakfast as we got picked up at 7am

Really good hotel ! Very welcoming & polite to help. Great for kids ! Entertainment team was brilliant with my son. Food was nice. Would recommend to any one with kids

We stayed at the hotel for the first time as a family of 4 (2 adults, 5yo and 7mth old) and we absolutely loved it. We paid extra before travelling to guarantee a TMNT room and were surprised when we arrived for the room to be upgraded to a suite which was literally two rooms joined together, one with a seating area and the other for sleeping. Too big for what we needed as we were out most days or in the bedroom side but was a nice touch. Cot was already set up for our baby. Staff were really friendly and engaging with the kids. Hotel itself was very clean and you can tell it was looked after. Maintenance staff were working behind the scenes or in closed off areas for example upgrading/fixing floor tiles or painting with no disruption to guests. The buffet meals had plenty of options even for the fussy eaters in our family and they changed some of the main items daily so you had different options. The SpongeBob and Patrick statues were replaced with an Easter display which was nice with chocolate mini eggs for the kids. The free pick and mix sweets in the lobby was a great addition and our son made sure to take advantage of these. Outwith meal times alcohol was chargeable and slightly more expensive than we expected but it was a family holiday and we weren’t that bothered about drinking lots so was not an issue. Our son was very tired one night and the restaurant staff allowed us to take a plate of food up to our room from the restaurant. The pool area was great for the younger kids although I do think there should be an age limit as some older kids were a bit forceful and wild around the younger ones at the slide side. The main pool although small was sufficient and heated but is on the deep side after the stairs (1.4m) for small kids that can’t swim but plenty of floaty life jackets for them to wear. The slide side of the pool water was cold and the whole pool area is in the shade most of the day. Also not a lot of beds around the lower part of the deck. We did the character breakfast which was amazing and would highly recommend and the Rixos hotel day out (1pm-4pm). We were disappointed with the latter especially after reading such good reviews but would maybe suit families with older children. It’s all inclusive but we found the staff to be quite rude giving a vibe that they didn’t like visitors from other hotels and kept reminding us what time we were getting picked up. Beach was full of debris and I know this can’t be 100% helped however we’ve been to expensive resorts before and the beaches have combed and been spotless. Nickelodeon land was great and again staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not need fast passes for anything as the parks were quiet and you were literally on a ride, off and on again. They take safety very seriously and all rides were thoroughly checked before they opened and int he water park our some was made to wear a life jacket even though he has basic swim skills. Rather safe than sorry! Would highly recommend the hotel especially for younger kids and would definitely go back. The only thing we’d like to have seen more of is entertainment from about 7pm in the snick lounge so adults can sit and have a drink (alcohol or soft drink) whilst the kids were playing. Most of this was down in the kids club which our son didn’t want to go to.

I stayed here for the first time with family and it was absolutely amazing! The most magical place for a family. It was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing!! I will definitely be returning. The staff go above and beyond, I would like to specially mention Tolga who is the manager, he made our stay extra special. He was so kind and friendly, he made sure we felt welcome and anything we needed, we got! Honestly my kids had the trip of a lifetime. The kitchen staff are amazing also especially yakoob who waited on me and my children. Honestly the staff are just incredible. They made the whole holiday worth while. Thanks again and I can’t wait to return next year. I have also told all my friends with children to. Come here. You won’t regret it.
