The Land of Legends, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya

This family trip to the Nickelodeon Antalya Resort was unbelievable. The theme park access and the included facilities at the Rixos Premium Hotel made the whole package an amazing deal. The staff were friendly especially Savgi, Goçek & Ftima in the resturant were very helpful and welcoming, the activities were nonstop fun, and the rooms were spotless. The food was excellent, and every day felt full of excitement and comfort. Truly one of the best family resorts out there. Highly recommended!

The stay was unforgettable, we enjoyed every moment starting from the welcoming and the good offer to upgrade our room to a junior suite. The hotel is band new with multi entertainment area. The kids club is awesome with exiting classes and well organized trainers. The staff of the hotel elevate our experience to the next level with their ultimate support the sense of joy.

Excellent stay. Ahmet and team were taking care of us, we were able to use Theme park and Nickelodeon park, used shuttle to Rixos. Our room Suite was such big ( 110m2), cleaned twice a day. Everything needed was there. Food was very good, fitness club, sauna, hammam were so nice. We spent our best holidays here. Our kids- teens wanted to stay longer. Weather in November was suprisingly good as well. I strongly recommend this hotel for all families with kids at different age :)

Kendileri her konuda inanılmaz derecede yardımcı oldular. Sadece otel içindeki değil, dışarıdaki tüm sorunlarda bile çözüm üretip, her şeyi kendi problemleriymüş gibi sahiplendiler. Sorunlarınız, beklentinizden çok daha hızlı, neredeyse sihir gibi çözülüyor. 😂 Dining Hall ekibi — özellikle Fatima. Fatima sizi her zaman güler yüzlü, sıcacık ve inanılmaz bir misafirperverlikle karşılıyor. Çocuklarınız varsa, onlara gösterdiği sevgi, şefkat ve naziklik gerçekten eşsiz. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Resepsiyon ekibi — Berk ve tüm ekip, istisnasız. Odadaki en küçük bir sorunu bile hemen çözüyorlar, anında değişim veya upgrade sunuyorlar. Hepsi çok anlayışlı, çok hızlı ve gerçekten profesyonel. Upgradeler tamamen sorunsuz ve çok hızlı gerçekleşiyor. Dış turizm ve araç hizmetleri bölümü — Dış gezilerden ulaşım hizmetlerine kadar her şey çok akıcı, sorunsuz ve profesyonel bir şekilde ilerledi. Hizmetleri gerçekten beklentilerin çok üzerinde. Sonuç olarak: Tüm ekip size kendi evlerine gelmişsiniz gibi hissettiriyor. Her birine tek tek teşekkür ediyoruz! We would like to thank the entire hotel staff, and then highlight a few amazing individuals who truly made our stay exceptional. Guest Relations Team — Ahmet and Omar. They were incredibly helpful with everything — not only inside the hotel, but even with issues outside. They handle every situation as if it’s their own problem, and everything gets solved faster than you’d ever expect… almost like magic! 😂 Dining Hall Team — especially Fatima. Fatima welcomes you with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. If you have children, she treats them with so much love, care, and gentleness that they instantly feel happy, safe, and comfortable. She truly makes you feel at home. Reception Team — Berk and every single member, without exception. Even the smallest issue in the room is handled immediately with a room change or upgrade. They are incredibly understanding, fast, and highly professional. The upgrades were smooth, quick, and absolutely flawless. External Tourism & Transportation Services — From tours to transportation, everything was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. Their service quality is far beyond expectations. In the end, every member of the hotel staff makes you feel as if you’re being welcomed into their own home. We sincerely thank each and every one of them!

Amazing experience, everything was fantastic especially the reception team they were very kind and helpful and the food was the best compared to other resorts.
