Canary Nungwi Hotel & Spa

Krásný hotel, velice jsme si užily naši dovolenou. Je zde velice krásný výhled. Moc jsme si užili moře a pláž. jde zde skvělá restaurace a jídlo je výborné. Animační tým je velice přátelský a milý. Speciálně musíme pochválit Polinu, velice milá a přátelská. také servis v hotelu vyborný. pokoje krásné a čistě uklizené. Určitě se brzy vratíme zpět.

Do not go here! The worst experience! It's a SCAM! I booked and paid for Canary Nungwi Hotel and the hotel manager accommodated me in another building Canary Golden & Spa. You had to walk 6 minutes from the room to the dining room, which also contained a country road with stones, dust and sand (don't wear heels). The food leaves much to be desired. The room was dirty, the door was very difficult to close, the toilet bowl was broken. Because I expressed my dissatisfaction at the reception upon departure, they tried to charge us extra: a $30 open buffet fee in the conditions in which we had half board, the adapter fee that we had already paid, and upon departure they checked the room themselves and accused us of stealing a towel, for which they forced us to pay $10 because the security guard was standing at the door and wouldn't let us leave for the airport!

A wonderful stay in a good hotel in tropical Nungwi Fantastic hotel with very nice service. We had a free upgrade to our room and were able to check out later with no extra charge. It's very clean. The staff is very helpful. The food at breakfast is varied
