Canary Nungwi Hotel & Spa

Krásný hotel, velice jsme si užily naši dovolenou. Je zde velice krásný výhled. Moc jsme si užili moře a pláž. jde zde skvělá restaurace a jídlo je výborné. Animační tým je velice přátelský a milý. Speciálně musíme pochválit Polinu, velice milá a přátelská. také servis v hotelu vyborný. pokoje krásné a čistě uklizené. Určitě se brzy vratíme zpět.

We booked this so called 4 star hotel months ago having read the positive reviews and seen pictures. Our experience was less than satisfactory. We were kept waiting for about an hour on checking in because the room was not ready. No welcome drink offered despite explaining we were elderly people and had an exhausting trip to get there. When we arrived back at the hotel after having lunch our room was allocated at an alternative hotel called Canary Golden Hotel at the back of this hotel which was along a dirt track. I complained to the manager this was not where we had booked our hotel and showed him my prebooked hotel booking confirmation as evidence. We were totally ignored and asked to pay 95 USD per night for the privilege of staying in the nicer part of the hotel at the front. Understandably we declined. The room allocated to us faced a wall. We had frequent electricity blackouts daily and breakfast was full of cakes. Not good for my diabetic wife. The hotel decided to paint the area outside the restaurant with yellow paint with no notice displayed. The result. Everyone had yellow paint on their footwear when they came for breakfast!. During the 5 days we stayed in our room, the TV never worked once. Water leaked from the ceiling and onto the bed. No milk provided to make tea, coffee etc, so bought our own. The final straw? We gave some clothes for laundry and checked how much we needed to pay when we handed the clothes in. We were shocked to be asked to pay extra for our laundry with extra shirts added mysteriously. I firmly but politely agreed to pay only what I was asked to pay the previous day. We have travelled extensively around the world and have never experienced this level of service. My advice to others? Avoid this hotel unless you want to be misled and cheated out of your money. Choose another hotel for peace of mind.

We visited this hotel last year and every year they working very hard to update and to provide sublime services for all visitors Quiet hotel with very nice staff and service

Very nice location near to the all facilities near restaurants and cafe the staff is very good and helpful will return back
