Diamonds Bijoux

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but Diamonds Bijoux truly deserves it. This is a new resort, yet already delivering a world-class experience. Set in a beautiful, well-positioned location, the beach is stunning — clean, calm, and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying with the family. From arrival to departure, everything felt seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Khamis, who was assigned to us, ensured our stay was effortless throughout. The dining experience was outstanding — generous, personalised, and always delivered with care. Vaishu, Sanjeev, Al Amin, and the whole team made every meal feel special, and for our son, the unlimited ice cream was a definite highlight in the Zanzibar heat. Mary, Lindy, Gosh, and everyone we came across were equally warm, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with. For families, this place truly goes above and beyond. The animation team — especially Simba — together with Naomy and Harriet at the kids club, were fantastic, creating such a warm and engaging environment for our children while allowing us to fully relax. A quick mention to the on-site medic for checking in on our infant and following up — much appreciated. Our pool villa was absolutely the right choice — private, spacious, and perfect for a relaxed luxury stay. The floating breakfast was a great touch, and the birthday celebration arranged for us was thoughtful and beautifully done. What truly sets this resort apart is its people. While we’ve mentioned a few by name, the reality is that every single member of the team we encountered was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. A beautiful new property with an incredible team — highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Our stay at Diamond Bijoux was nothing short of exceptional. From arrival to departure, the service was consistently outstanding. The team demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, ensured our comfort at every step, and thoughtfully catered to our dietary needs. We especially appreciated the regular check-ins throughout the day—it made a huge difference and showed genuine care. We would like to give special recognition to Mary, Lindy, Sanjeev, Arijth, and Derry for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They truly made us feel at home. Dining was equally impressive, with Elias, Ramadhan, Salum, and the junior culinary team providing excellent service. Amazing holiday We were a group of 23 and the Bijoux team made sure everybody was welcome and cared for Thanks to the food hospitality team Sanjeev, Vaishu, Ajith, Mohammed who made some special dishes and ensured all the kids were satisfied. Ghosh the hotel manager who greeted us on arrival at 3am which was above and beyond. He checked in each day to make sure our group was comfortable. Lindy who helped us organise the holiday. She made a complex booking seamless and organized the rooms for a big group with lots of kids to make sure they were grouped optimally. She made sure our daily excursions were organised including visits to the forest, swimming with turtles and the blue safari. A big thank you to the kids team Christina who watched over them at the games area. Gloria at the pool bar and the bar men who made a comfortable oasis for us and moved umbrellas and furniture to accommodate the big group. Martin and the front desk team who made sure that we had what we needed for excursions and that the checkin process was smooth notwithstanding a very early morning arrival. It's not easy to manage a big group. There are lots of indivislduals with their specific needs and wants but from start to finish the team went above and beyond. We left with great memories and a definite desire to comeback and enjoy it all again.

The location was amazing, staff was out of this world, truly amazing. Everyone was super helpful and did the absolute best in making this trip super comfortable. The service, cleanliness, hospitality and food was second to none, I would a million times go back! Thank you to Lindi and her whole team, special mentions for Ajith, Elizabeth, Sabai, Mawazo, Sukari, and Vaishu. But overall, everyone was amazing and made it a 10/10 experience.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy. The staff are just lovely, Vaishu, Ajith, Maria, Oscar, Neema - they were very welcoming and kind. Kissy always explaining thoroughly the meals he offers and Mr Dimpal, the pastry chef. Chwan, Eugenie, Yasintha and many others - I can't thank you enough to all the team! Naomi, Henrietta, Sabai, Keene - they are lovely, always making you laugh and forget your troubles. HAKUNA MATATA! I really hope we meet again some day💖 I wish you tons of luck!
