⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding – Flawless From Start To Finish Reviewed by Abbas | Stayed: 3 days, 2 nights As a guest staying here for three days and two nights, I can say without doubt that this hotel is truly outstanding in every single way. From the moment we arrived, the front office team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home immediately. The Cluster General Manager and the whole management team were always present, attentive, and ensuring everything ran perfectly. Every member of staff – service teams, kitchen teams, housekeeping – was outstanding: polite, professional, and genuinely caring. The buffet was exceptional: the presentation, quality, and wonderful variety of food were all outstanding – every meal was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. All outlets are beautifully kept and very well managed. Our room was wonderful: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The beach area is immaculate, and the swimming pool was always sparkling and perfectly maintained. Everything about this place is outstanding. everything was 10/10, the staff felt like family. the hotel was beautiful and the general manager was so friendly. I came with friends and they accommodated every single request we had! A fantastic hotel — we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were beautiful, and I'd especially recommend the junior suite on a higher floor overlooking the pool. The buffet and dinner options were excellent, and the effort put into the F&B offering each evening was truly impressive. The pool and beach were lovely, the value for money was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout — particularly in the evenings — was calm and delightful. The resort is just over eight months old and is a fantastic property in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. A real plus is the beautifully peaceful beach, free of any vendors. For reference, it's about an hour and 20 minutes from Stone Town. The team truly made our stay. A very special thank you to the F&B directors, who were so helpful and kind, and to Ms Linde, who came by to say hello and quickly resolved a small mix-up with our rooms. Thank you to George at reception for being so welcoming, and to Steven, Grace, Brenda and the rest of the pool bar team, who were always smiling and took wonderful care of us. Thank you also to the lovely buffet staff and hostesses, and to the excellent housekeeping team. At dinner, a special mention to Oscar and Subeira, who served us the most delicious pani puris. And a heartfelt thank you to Harriet and Simba, who took such beautiful care of our kids and were so kind to them. As someone in hospitality myself, I'll offer a little constructive feedback. The team can occasionally be forgetful, which was sometimes noticeable. We were also surprised, when checking in at 2–3 pm, to be told our full board services wouldn't begin until 8 pm — a little tricky with kids in tow, though the team adjusted this for us very quickly. The boutique shop was beautiful, though it felt slightly overpriced, and not being able to charge purchases to the room meant an extra trip back, which was a minor inconvenience. A couple of thoughts for the future: the pool is enormous and gorgeous, and a swim-up bar would be a wonderful addition so guests could linger in the water. We'd also love to see even more activities on offer — we noticed pool activities happening as we were checking out and wished we'd been able to enjoy them during our stay. All in all, we would happily recommend this hotel and can't wait to see how it grows.

An amazing resort with amazing hospitality. We took an inclusive package and the food at the restaurant was exquisite. There were other restaurants too to try at the resort. The swimming pool is massive and the resort is connected to the beach. The rooms are amazing, well maintained and beautifully decorated. All the staff at the resort and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful especially Khatib and Kassim. The resort is around 1 hour 30 mins from Stonetown and the airport. Would highly recommend.

Five stars! The resort is brand new, the rooms are very clean, and the people are warm and accommodating. From the service staff to chief chef they were all friendly and personalized our stay. They ensured I had gluten free options at every meal or made special gluten free pasta dishes so I did not feel left out. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and I will definitely meet them there on my next visit.
