JAZ Elite Aurora Beach

We stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon and WOW what an experience we had! We were made to feel like family from day one. The attention to guest welfare was second to none! Special shout outs go to the GM Domenico, hosting us at the cocktail night on the jetty was an absolute highlight and pleasure! On that note, I have to mention the “African Sunset Cocktails”, a pure delight served by Said & Sultan every night, watching the sun set on the jetty! Delightful! Food and beverage was outstanding, another special shout out to Devesh the F&B manager, he went above and beyond every single day to ensure we enjoyed an array of delicious food, in whichever restaurant we chose (there are many and they are all amazing!) Lastly, to the animation team, Layla, Wviktoria, Mayo & Bodhi - thank you for keeping us entertained throughout our stay, especially on rainy days (we went in the wet season), padel, yoga, board games and even a boat trip snorkelling and looking for star fish! We had an unforgettable time and would recommend this hotel to anyone, the amazing staff definitely make this hotel second to none! We will be back! Katie & Andrew

We stayed for 8 nights in February as a family of five (two adults and three teenagers aged 17, 17 and 19). Having experienced many luxury hotels, and more recently all-inclusive resorts, we had high expectations — and this hotel exceeded them. Padel was a major win. Plus we all enjoyed the water slides (never too old!). My husband used the spa daily for their cold water plunge pool and various saunas and we all enjoyed the the gym. As it’s brand new, everything feels fresh, modern and beautifully designed. Despite being a large resort, the layout is cleverly done so it never feels crowded or overwhelming. Our superior swim-up rooms were spacious, stylish and interconnected — perfect for families. The showers were excellent (even by my husband’s very high standards!). Food was a real highlight. The two poolside lunch restaurants were consistently excellent, with attentive staff and great quality dishes — especially the pizzas and Greek salad. The house rosé and local beer were also very good and included in the all-inclusive package. In the evenings, there are four restaurants (three included in AI). The Japanese restaurant was a standout. The teppanyaki is not included and quite small, so book early if you want to try it. The over-water bar is a stunning spot for sunset drinks — not to be missed. Although we’re not usually buffet fans, this one was well presented with plenty of choice — we found ourselves visiting most evenings for dessert, which the kids loved. The staff deserve special mention. For a new (and large) hotel, the service is impressive. The General Manager, Domenica, is very visible and hands-on, regularly speaking with guests and ensuring everything runs to a high standard. He is doing a brilliant job so deserves a shout out. Overall, this is a true five-star experience. We would absolutely return and will definitely look to book other hotels in this group in the future.

We have really enjoyed,the service and everything

we had a splendid stay at the resort. thanks to the amazing team at the resort. Chef Hani was so welcoming making sure all our needs were met. The food was delicious. He went out of his way to accomodate us, despite it being all inclusive resort they were very flexible. our friends were vegetarians and despite the fact that they didn’t have any tofu or paneer he and his team made sure there was a wide variety of vegetarian dishes keeping our friends super satisfied and happy. managers meme and Youssef were very quick to respond to anything that comes up. I was so impressed! the entertainment team was so professional and fun, they kept us adults and kids both engaged and entertained. the resort is beautiful, but it lacks common air conditioned areas. There was only one lounge which was small for such a big property. However, again that wasn’t a big deal given all the other good things and especially the staff whom I will keep as a major contributor to our pleasant stay. thank you!

Staying at the Jazz Elite Aurora is definitely a five star experience, the service is impeccable, attention to customer needs is greatly valued. Highly recommend for solo, and couple vacation.
