Poseidon Beach Resort is a top quality hotel. All inclusive realy means ALL Inclusive even included drinks mlxed by qualified bar tenders. All enployees are friendly and very serviceminded.

Thank you for the excellent approach and high professionalism of your employees. I appreciate the excellent cleanliness of the hotel, the cleaners took care of themselves every day. They were very pleasant even though they cleaned the rooms after my wife ant five children. :-) I also appreciate the excellent kitchen, where there was always plenty to choose from. I would like to especially point out Mr. Nikolay Yordanov at the reception and Messrs. Kolya and George at the bar in the lobby. These three ladies helped me and my family a lot and saved a lot of time. They definitely contributed to the fact that I am already determined to come back here next year.

The hotel is nice. BUT–The all-inclusive is poor. We ended up eating out the entire week. Moldy bread for breakfast, the same food for every meal, and warm drinks. The bartenders do their best, but they don't know how to mix a good drink; they care more about how much alcohol you want in it rather than the taste. The AC works poorly, so it gets very hot at night!The hotel has two pools, but one of them actually belongs to the neighboring hotel, which they don't inform you about.They advertise a "private beach and sunbeds," but it is overcrowded with tourists and locals from the entire area. As a result, we ended up renting sunbeds at the neighboring beach, which had both toilets and service. Even with an all-inclusive wristband, you have to remember to bring a specific beach card just to get access.The hotel staff do their best, but they are young and inexperienced, which shows when you ask for things or have requests.Simply not worth the money...

Everything was very good, like in a 5 star hotel! I recommend you try it!
