Amazing hotel hidden in paradise, we have just arrived back after two weeks with a 16 year and 13 year old scottish family. This hotel is for families who want the best of both world's quiet, peaceful but can still experience the lively side even on the side lines. Going off past reviews definitely bring water bottles and avoid anyone trying to sell you membership. We just politely declined and where left alone the whole holiday. The Asian restaurant is the best 👌 the staff are all lovely and friendly. We only had one night when I walked away from the bar due to being ignored for over 30 minutes. It didn't damper our experience but it wasnt ideal either. The padel boards you just go up and ask which my girls had alot of fun with. Loads of choices of food and good quaility even for fussy teenagers. The ice cream shop was amazing and very cheap really the only thing we spent extra money on along with tipping. Dollars are the preferred tip but they honestly don't look for it but are grateful. We went with TUI and experienced two trips out of the resort. Soana Island beautiful but a very long day I wouldn't recommend with small children. The buggy ride and cave party the best experience ever but book quick when you arrive. Big shout out to the Angetina fans as we had the pleasure of being at the resort while the world cup was on. The atmosphere was amazing and we came home with two new Angetina supporters. Overall one of the best holiday's we have been on perfect for our family. So if your looking for peaceful with the option of joining in on atmosphere this is definitely the place.

We spent a long family vacation at this hotel at the turn of June and July, and overall it was a wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful hotel beach. It was clean and free of sargassum, which is a huge advantage. Although the water wasn't as crystal clear as you might expect in some parts of the Caribbean, the beach itself was fantastic. The long stretches of coastline are perfect for peaceful walks surrounded by beautiful, unspoiled nature. The hotel's secluded location guarantees peace and quiet, making it an ideal place to relax. The swimming pools are spacious, and the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty food, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Our stay coincided with the 2026 World Cup, and we really got to experience the tournament atmosphere. Most of the guests were Argentinians, and they created an incredible vibe during the match broadcasts that made the experience even more memorable. A huge thank you goes to the entertainment team. They put an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm into making sure guests always had something fun to do. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, and their smiles, positivity, and dedication made a real difference. Our vacation simply wouldn't have been the same without them. The only area that could be improved is the availability of drinks at the bars. Quite often, the bartenders were unable to prepare some of the cocktails listed on the menu because certain ingredients were unavailable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in many ways, and we left with wonderful memories. We would be happy to come back one day!

Hotel is nice and spacious. Rooms are big and we had a free upgrade to a plunge pool rooms . Food is nice in all restaurants. BUT they cater here for the Argentinians . Any other nation is pushed aside . As we visited here while the World Cup was on . They put on food and shows for Argentina and all the other guests where pushed to 1 side if you wanted to watch your country . The bar staff do as they please here so you could be waiting for a good 15/20mins for drinks . The hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. As it took 1hr 55mins transfer . We have had a nice family holiday But wouldn’t rush back .

We’ve had a fantastic stay in Miches. The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made the holiday special. The hotel is modern, spotless and very well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard, and all of the restaurants were clean, well organised and served a great selection of food. The pools were excellent, with plenty of space to relax. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to keep everyone involved and created a fun atmosphere throughout the day and evening. A lovely touch was seeing the friendly dogs and cats around the resort, who were clearly well looked after. The beaches are absolutely stunning—like something from a deserted island, untouched and unspoilt. The sea was warm, there was no sargassum during our stay, and it was the perfect place to relax and switch off. We also booked a couple of trips through the hotel. They may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we really enjoyed them. The horse riding was excellent, with calm, well-behaved horses that were perfect for a complete novice like me. The guides were friendly and made everyone feel at ease. The boat trip was fantastic value for money. The crew were brilliant, the snorkelling was safe and well organised, and the highlight was standing on the beautiful sandbank surrounded by giant starfish while enjoying a rum and coke in the warm Caribbean Sea. It was one of those moments we’ll remember for a long time. One final thing—don’t let some of the negative or moaning posts put you off. Everyone has different expectations, but our experience has been nothing but positive. If you’re due to come out soon, start getting excited—you’ve got a fantastic holiday ahead of you, and we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we have. We have been here 3 days and still have a week to go. The whole time the soft drinks machines have not worked in any of the locations, it’s a joke. They had being leaving bottles of coke out but now they have run out too. All you can drink is water or juice which now also running out. What are we paying for?
