Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We found the setting very peaceful and would spend all day around the pool. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner every day. There was soo much good to choose from and the quality was very good. All the staff were polite and attentive. In the evenings we would walk down into town and take a taxi back costing between €7-€9 depending where we were. The rooms were modern and clean my only complaint would be the glass door to the bathroom door which although can’t be seen when in the bed does not leave much privacy still.

We spent a very relaxed 2 weeks at the hotel. Rooms were of a good quality and any additional items were provided straight away. Breakfasts had lots of choices with a chef making egg dishes for you. Big bonus was not having to reserve sun beds and easily changing towels each day. However staff in the bar could be quite abrupt and appeared reluctant to serve at times. The senior manager was at breakfast latterly but maybe should also be at dinner to supervise staffing. Overall we have no complaints about the hotel and enjoyed our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful adults-only hotel. Now that our children are grown up, we really appreciate the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and this hotel was perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The food in both the restaurant and the pool bar was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. One of the best things was that there was never any need to rush for a sunbed—there were always plenty available, making it easy to relax by the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality holiday.

We are enjoying our holiday here still here and if it helps your choice to book then do it ! So quiet very relaxed !The hotel are in little blocks consisting of mostly 3 floors .We have a very nice quiet room beautiful balcony for relaxation. We are here to completely relax and celebrate my husbands retirement. We could not of chosen better !The food is delicious and fresh .Staff in the bars and restaurants wonderful. The reception not so friendly or helpful in out options. We arrived at lunch time very tired after a early flight I had read on TripAdvisor how lovely the welcome and a nice complementary drink.I spotted cava in the ice bucket and was so looking forward to a nice glass.The receptionist said no !! I asked why when all the glasses and bottles ready she just said no again we can have water or ornage water !! I said in all thr hotels we have travelled to I have never experienced this.I went to the bar and brought my own ,not the best of welcome also got pointed to the room which was very confusing we finally found after wondering around no porter service here.Has for book swop they have a few books behind reception in a office ??? Very reluctantly they will bring you 4 books out !! Why can they not please put on show even if it's a mobile one around the pool for a few hours ! .Sounds like I am moaning it's all the little things that make a hokiday experience stand out .Also you can not swim before 11 the towel man /life guard doesn't appear till then..so no early morning swim .Plus side no fights for sunbeds wonderful!! The bar prices are good and reasonable large beer 4.50 same for glass of wine they supply 1 bottle of small water per day in room but there is a superdino 10mins away..taxi stand outside so 5 euros baxk if you want to stock up hope this helps anyone who is thinking of booking do it it's lovely all hotels have flaws but these are not major ones !!

Personal’s behaviour at reception is awful, they were not treating us nice and totally not helpful. When you want to get information only about towels for pool you need to walk up and down because nobody can help you. Most of personal doesn’t talk in English so sometimes it’s hard to get what you want with ordering food or simply needing answers for questions. At bar next to to the pool personal was talking for half an hour until they noticed people at tables, that happened multiple times and didn’t help with building my experience. Hotel is nice and new but personal made me not want to return unfortunately.
