A truly lovely and relaxed holiday. This is a really lovely place which had a touch of luxury but without any guilt that you have young children with you. We have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and both were fully entertained all day long at the pool and close by paddling pool. They also loved the splash pool but we didn’t spend as much time there. My daughter didn’t want to go in the kids club but we did go there in the session 1-3 where adults stayed. The facilities were fab, and a nice break for the children out of the sun with something different to play with. Food was good in all 3 restaurants. My only complaint is the high chairs are the wooden ones and could strap my small 1 year old in very well which makes it hard to enjoy a meal sometimes! However both adults and children a like well catered for and lots of variety. Haute living access was also really useful for a break in the day with a good selection of snacks and drinks. My only warning would be that you can’t walk out the hotel to anywhere, particularly not with little ones. Didn’t matter for us staying for a week as the beach (which was really beautiful) and pool kept us entertained but worth being aware.

I do not want to give this trip/hotel a 5 star review because it will just make my future stays more expensive and harder to book. However, that would be unfair. The hotel and property are so nice. The staff were so friendly to us and my son. The food was amazing and the trip was so relaxing. I will 100% go again next year. If you have a new family and you are going on a trip for the first time as a new family, this is the place for you. We will for sure make this a yearly tradition.

Nice hotel in a great setting with good pool and beach facilities for families. I could not recommend for couples I’m afraid unless they create more adult only spaces. As one of only 10 couples in the whole complex we asked to move hotel as we felt there was nowhere to escape the constant noise of children. Even Haute Living was full of children. The customer service in getting us relocated could not have been better and our adult only hotel was perfect for the remainder of our holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is great, with several beautiful beaches nearby and plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food offered a good variety, and there was always something to suit different tastes. The biggest positive aspect of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our vacation. We especially appreciated how attentive they were whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We experienced a problem with our room after arrival, but the staff reacted quickly and handled the situation efficiently. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, and we felt that the team genuinely cared about ensuring that guests had a comfortable stay. Overall, this is a nice hotel in a great location with good food and, most importantly, excellent staff. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Have just returned from a 3 day stay at end of a cruise. Hotel is in a beautiful setting and the architecture is stunning. Our room on 5th floor was spacious with a really comfortable bed. However our Seaview was partially obstructed by a flat room. We coped with this but the courtyard down below was frequently full of very young children who do what toddlers do : run around screaming and shouting. This was particularly noticeable in the dining room as even in the adults section the noise was not conducive to a relaxing meal which is surely a holiday highlight and expectation. Getting food from the buffet stations was sometimes precarious due to amount of children moving around. We have 5 grandchildren of our own and love kids but there were far too many for a hotel which describes itself as giving a relaxing experience. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and evening meal was ok but lacked the finesse one would expect from a 5 star hotel. We've had far better food from 4 star hotels in other places All in all: a lovely hotel in terms of staff, location and comfort but for more suited to families with young children. We would not return
