Hotel is on the west cost - stunning sunsets. Hotel very tucked away. The main family pool is the only one that’s heated and lots of kids in April even though start of the season. Adults pool isn’t heated.The kids pool wasn’t really used as tucked away. Service is good although we didn’t get an apology for the room not being made up! Hotel is nice rooms are hot despite fans so in the hotter months I think it may be a hot night. Hotel clean a d tidy with a lot of seating areas. Service good..food good but the two al a carte restaurants are not open all week they open back to back. That may change as the season progresses. Hotel has a shuttle bus €25 PP and you are restricted on Tim e in Corfu town from 11.30-4. With half an hour hornet each way - cabs are €50 one way but obviously flexible re how long you spend there. The shuttles does not go to the airport. Smoking allowed in bar area. Although people were smoking at the pool! Bar area small and outside restaurant undercover, dark not inviting- service good at bar. If you want a relax in the same place it works but you need a car or cab as the hotels at the bottom of a steep cliff. A little max in hotel re support trips etc and at start of season expensive as they were only pushing private tours/ boat rides. Corfu town is a UNESCO site and stunning.

We were here for just under a week, and unfortunately the problems were consistent throughout not just a one-off bad day. To begin with, check-in was extremely poor. We had to wait until 6pm to access our room, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel positioning itself as five-star. After travelling, this immediately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room itself was not properly cleaned. Things were visibly dirty, and housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the week. The service overall was also very disappointing. While the staff were generally polite and friendly, there was a clear lack of care and urgency. It often felt like no one was particularly concerned about the quality of service being delivered. Friendly staff cannot compensate for poor management and lack of standards. Dining was another major issue. There were long waits at both breakfast and dinner buffets, and the food quality was poor. Some desserts and items appeared to be leftovers from the previous night’s dinner and Throughout the stay, we repeatedly had to ask for cutlery and drinks, which often arrived halfway through the meal or, on one occasion, after we had finished entirely. The final straw was being handed a dirty glass. When I asked for a replacement, the bartender took one from what was clearly another dirty pile there wasn’t even a clean set available. This was genuinely shocking. What makes this more frustrating is that these issues don’t appear to be new. Looking through past reviews, the same complaints come up repeatedly over several years. That suggests these are systemic problems, not isolated incidents. I expect there will be a standard response from management apologising, and saying it will be addressed but clearly this isn’t happening and if the reviews are anything to go by, nothing actually changes. It’s also noticeable that after negative reviews, newly created accounts often appear leaving one or two overly positive reviews. Whether coincidence or not, it doesn’t inspire confidence. This hotel is marketed as five-star, but in reality I would rate it a 3 at best and that’s being generous. Marriott should be ashamed that a property carrying its brand is operating at this level.

The best holiday resort we ever had! Stuff super helpful and friendly, food service weee amazing, and almost non stop! We will definitely come back to here.

From the moment we arrived untill we left we had an amazing experience. Every member of the staff, from the kitchen to the pool and cleaning staff, from the bar & restaurants to the reception, everywhere we went or asked something we were met with such kindness. Nothing was too much. We appreciate the effort of the hard working staff that gave us a relaxing holiday week. My personal favorites where the efforts for my glutenfree meals, the pillow menu and Jordan who made us feel so very welcome. But also Gabriella, Constantinos, Theodora, Irena, and everyone else will be remembered. Eis to epanidein. 🙏🏻

Wholeheartedly recommend the Domes of Corfu for a Family vacation. Lots of amenities within the resort for adults as well as kids. The staff are amazing always willing to make your stay comfortable. Glyfada beach is a few steps away. Will definitely come again soon.
