The hotel itself is nice with a lovely beach and heated main pool. The bedroom was nice. The hotel is let down by very poor service in the bar and restaurants. It felt like there was no manager guiding their staff. Most times we ordered a drink it took a very long time to be served, then once served it took ages to get the drink. The service in the restaurants was also disappointing, kept having to ask to order or get a menu. Once finished the meal, no one cleared the tables. Shame as it could be so much better.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in a stunning location . I have to say the staff were amazing from the start. Irena was very helpful with a big smile she gave us suggestions of places to see and she regularly checked in with us to see how everything was . Irena helped us to book at the Greek meze restaurant one evening as online booking wasn’t working and recommended it for us. The food was so fresh and tasty. Paris on the bar was very friendly delivering cocktails with a smile always and worked very hard. He delivered our cocktails with a friendly cheers each night. Mostafa at breakfast service and evening was brilliant and always had a nice smile and very friendly we were always happy to see him each day and was always so lovely . Costa at the lunch restaurant . He always served us with a friendly smile and such great service asking us how everything was. He was very professional and he was always working hard and great at his job. I wish I knew all the staff names as they were all fantastic and so friendly. I have stayed at many hotels but I’ve never experienced such incredible service . I will miss staying at the hotel and the beach is perfect . Love that it was right on the beach front. No paying for sunbeds and exclusively for hotel guests. Staff again would help put the umbrella up. It was such a lovely hotel and the food was so delicious and fresh . I especially loved the desserts. The buffet had such great variety too the best I’ve seen in any hotel . We stayed for ten nights and enjoyed the food each day. Entertainment was also good and I especially loved the Greek music. We received great service from when we checked in with a glass of orange juice. We had seaview rooms which was lovely. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The ice cream was also amazing my personal favourite pistachio and so ideal being at the hotel. The shower was also brilliant. The hotel is a bit out of the way so I do recommend hiring a car like we did. If it’s a shorter holiday I’d be happy by the pool and beach but definitely recommend a car to get to places . We visited Pelekas, palakastritsa and Corfu town . We also had a lovely welcome gift in the room with the liqueur and a box of Greek delight as well as the lovely leaving gift. I was slightly disappointed when I got to my room with the dust on the walls and especially in the wardrobe - the shelves where I had to fit my clothes were very dusty so I had to wipe it down and dust also in the bathroom mirror light. Also very dark in the shelves area couldn’t seem to find a light. However I will say the housekeeping did bring bottles of water each time I asked for my room to be cleaned and made my bed and fresh towels etc and did clean it well. It was just a shame about the dust when I got to my room. I also visited the games room and a few things not working /missing. These are just minor points though and I would still return . From the get go, felt very cared for (thank you Irena Xx). Our room was gorgeous, with a cute balcony and partial sea view. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious (the restaurant cats were a welcome surprise, I’d started missing my dogs back home). The location was perfect, everything is very local. With Reception more than happy to help us plan our trips further afield. We’ve never stayed at a Domes hotel before, and I don’t think either of us will ever not stay again.

We recently had our first family holiday at the Domes in Corfu, and it was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the stunning sea views set the tone for a really special and relaxing week. We loved being able to dine outside each morning and evening, with a great selection of high quality, 5 star buffet food. The separate lunch restaurant was also a highlight, offering table service, a good variety of dishes, and beautifully presented meals. The hotel itself is stylish and feels very luxurious. We stayed in a garden room which was peaceful and comfortable. As new parents, we really appreciated having a baby cot and steriliser provided in our room, which made things so much easier for us. The private beach area was another standout, with comfortable sun loungers just steps from the crystal clear sea. What made the biggest impression though was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for us. A special mention to Sara from the dinner service, who greeted us by name each evening, and Konstantinos, who made us feel so welcome on arrival and departure. Thank you for making our first holiday as a family of three so memorable.

Wow. This hotel was just perfect. If you are after a calm, relaxing fabulous holiday then book here. Some of the reviews previously say this hotel is not 5* but I have to disagree. Pool was heated, plenty of comfortable sunbeds, food at the buffet and the a la carte was amazing, absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. The lunch was a particular highlight with being able to choose from a menu daily, burgers, pizza and pasta. I am gluten free and all staff were soo helpful and accommodating and the chefs were particularly helpful cooking me gf pancakes daily and ensuring what I could eat was safe for me. Thank you. Resort is quite on its own with not much around, which we enjoyed the peace and quiet. We hired a car and it was about 30 mins into corfu old town and 10 mins to pelekas viewpoint over the island. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for a wander along. My 9 year old loved the pool table and games room, although think it could do with a few repairs to game consoles and pool cues. Special shout out and thank you to Gabrielle and Maria from the a la carte restauranta who made our stay super special and were very attentive and big thank you to lefteris who checked us in and regularly checked in on us throughout our stay, organising us some special sushi on one of our last nights. Also the guest relations team who saw one day my son fall over and sent an ice cream voucher to our room for him. These little touches and attentive lovely staff make this resort one of the best we have stayed at and will definitely come back. Thank you
