Almyrida Beach

The hotel, Almyrida residence is well appointed with great facilities and is kept very clean and well maintained. The staff team is fantastic, with everyone doing their part to make visitors feel comfortable and valued, ensuring you have the best holiday possible. Highly recommend this hotel and the location. A hire car helps if you like to explore the surrounding area and there are at least two car hire companies in the village. There a plenty of tavernas along the beach if you want to stroll out of the hotel. However the roof bar on the hotel is brilliant and the barman produces the best cocktails! Reception staff were kind helpful and friendly, you really felt like they wanted you to feel good in their hotel. We will be going back there soon and to anyone thinking of choosing this place I highly recommend it.

All Staff at this hotel are helpful, friendly and amazing. To name a few, Kiril (Manager of Restaurant/Bar), Anastasia, Georgia, Rafaela who looked after us beautifully. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean in all areas, very good breakfast (we were on b&b), comfortable room. Near to the beach and restaurant facilities. What is there not to like.

From tour brochures and the website it looked as though the Almyrida Resort hotels location might be a little busy but the reality was very different. A tranquil but characterful atmosphere combines with an adequate provision of village shops, amenities and tavernas without feeling too commercialised. The hotels and pools were spotless and the service and comprehensive buffet style breakfasts and dinners excellent and moreish! There is a very economic comfortable air-conditioned bus service to Chania and reasonably priced local hire cars for flexible island exploration. The beach is seconds away and also offers a pleasant beachside local walk. Everything exceeded our expectations so thoroughly recommended!

The staff are whatmake this resort, the are friendly, helpful,knowledgeable and hard working. We had such a lovely stay at the studios and enjoyed the facilities at the Hotel, Gardens and Residence
