Everyone was very kind and welcoming, especially Danilo, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had the most wonderful experience at the spa. I booked a deep tissue massage followed by my very first facial, and it was honestly the best spa treatment I’ve ever had. Firstly booking it was such a pleasant experience. I spoke with the lovely Irini who was so friendly and helpful, talking me through all the options, to find what treatments were best for me and my friend. My treatments were with Maria. She was so kind, genuine and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel completely relaxed and cared for. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed, firm where it needed to be, but comfortable. I had mentioned I had tension in my shoulders and she was really receptive to that and it has helped to relive tense. The facial was so soothing and relaxing, and my skin feelings so nice and clear! The whole spa has a calm, peaceful atmosphere, but Irini’s friendly welcome and Maria’s warmth really made the experience exceptional. I left feeling completely refreshed, relaxed and glowing. Thank you so much - I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Maria is amazing! Her energy, empathy, and aptitude are second to none. She seemed to truly enjoy getting to know her spa patrons and that intrigue manifested into a wonderful massage and facial! I feel refreshed and ready to take on the day!

Hotel is nice, great pool areas and views. The view from the room is not what we expect from a five star hotel. They offered another room after we had asked for it twice, and it was a street level room for wheelchaired people. Was not better for our needs at all. So not really the experience we expected, couldn’t use the balcony or even keep the curtains open.
