Leptos Panorama

My friend and I stayed at the Leptos Panorama and it was just perfect . From arriving at the hotel the service was second to none . Georgina made our stay even more amazing when she upgraded us to superior room with stunning views and a wrap around balcony . ( Room 222 ) Thank you again Georgina . The location was 10 minutes out of Chania but a bus stopped right outside the hotel which was great . The food was lovely and plentiful and not repetitive like in some all inclusive hotels . The terrace was stunning to sit and have drinks after your meals. Your glass was always filled by the lovely staff . Our room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels daily too . Finally the pool had plenty of sunbeds and it was never a towel bun fight to secure a bed . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be returning . It was a perfect week to relax and look forward to our next stay .

I had an amazing massage with Yoandra. She was professional, friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. The massage was incredibly relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure, and I felt so much better afterwards. Yoandra is clearly very skilled and attentive, and she made the whole experience feel special. I would highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again WiFi needs updating as the WiFi in rooms is very poorly. The evening entertainment needs improving as well.

Had the most Amazing relaxing stay here. Not only the breathtaking view that made this hotel special but the staff were exceptional. Big shout out and Love to the amazing Betty by the adults only pool, Georgios's Vodka Lemons were amazing, as well as The manager who gave us the most amazing recommendation for a restaurant for our anniversary. We had the two rooms that stepped onto the adults only area they were comfortable, clean and so convenient.

Excellent hotel Brilliant location. Food excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Local bus at hotel entrance takes you to Chania old town 2nd holiday at the hotel. We will be back

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained, and offered a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help. The attention to detail and to excellent customer service truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to recognize the hotel manger, Georgia, for her exceptional leadership and outstanding hospitality. Georgia went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. She was warm, approachable, attentive, and genuinely care about our experience. Her professionalism, kindness and dedication set the standard for excellence. It is rare to encounter a manger who so engaged and committed to making every guest feel valued, Thank you Georgia and the entire team for such an exceptional experience.
