Leptos Panorama

Fantastic 2nd Stay in 10 months, i am writing this sat waiting for the bus to the airport (6 hours to wait) - we absolutely love it here, we first stayed in August 2025 as a family and loved it that much we came back in June 2026 as a couple and the holiday was just as good as the first time. Everything is at it was last time, mostly the same lovely and attentive staff, food was excellent and different theme every evening which gets away from traditional “All Inclusive” burgers and pizzas, think pizza was on twice in 7 nights forcing you to try different foods. Lunch times are more the same but not as busy and i guess not everyone is bothered about lunch times etc. We had a sea view room this time round which was brilliant and had never ending views (see my images). We cannot fault this hotel in the slightest, there is a bus from the bottom of the drive (1st stop/last stop) depending which way your coming and it takes you into Chania town, you can buy tickets from the hotel shop at 1.80 euros each, each way. Will we come back for a 3rd time? 100% and i would recommend anyone this hotel and anyone looking to come, do not hesitate at all, I think the reviews on here speak for themselves and the poor ones are isolated. One of the best hotel experiences I've had! The staff, the comfort, the food, the fantastic ocean and island view. Very high standards allround! Very pleasant stay! Great pool area with a lot of sunbeds, pool bar, kids pool. Even a small playground! 10/10

The Leptos was a great hotel !! We met Georgia, the hotel relations manager, the minute we walked in and knew she was something special. She immediately upgraded our rooms, as there was some miscommunication with our travel agent and the room type requested. She also surprised us and the other couple traveling with us with a lovely chocolate anniversary cake, champagne and a lovely personalized card. Georgia is professional, friendly, detailed oriented and exceptional at her job. She also ordered us boxes lunches for our trip to the beach.. the Leptos is lucky to have such an exceptional employee as Georgia The hotel had delicious meals, clean rooms, centrally located and gorgeous views!

We had a lovely stay at the Leptos Hotel and really enjoyed our time there. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, especially Igor from the entertainment team, who was fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel pool was absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing place to spend time. Our room was also lovely — clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the panorama in may 2026the third and definatly not the last time .To be welcomed back by so many old and new faces especially georgia certainly starts off on the right foot! (was'nt going to mention georgia but eveyone else does so better safe than sorry!! ) On a serious note if you are not looking for a very reasonably priced hotel with great service and the most woderful staff, better look elseware. thank you ALL so very much.
