SunBay Hotel

I’ll start by thanking the hardworking staff who clean and disinfect every part of the hotel, and especially the restaurant manager, George, who ensures everything is of a high standard. The view of the sea is wonderful, and the hotel is located right in the resort; the fitness room could use a bit of a renovation, but otherwise, everything is wonderful.

The hotel is well situated, front sea, 3 pools and aquapark which is ideal for families with children’s. But, the hotel is quiet old , 70/80’s and rooms are clean but old fashion and bathrooms need to be refresh! The shower curtain hold was a kind of telescopic IKEA bar falling down all the time. Food is bellow expected level, always same foods and quiet often overcooked. I recommend you to have a budget to go dinner outside in the plenty restaurants around. Personal not very motivated and friendly. In short 4 stars is more like 2-3 stars level.

Is a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices: - old - multiple bads in a room - low quality food ( me and my 8 year son got digestive problems ) - all services very low - from reception, to cleaning - they do not replace towels, no vanity refill ( I had to buy: shower gel, shampoo, .... The only positive is the water features. ...but they have one life guard for 3 pools ! ( that sometimes also is serving drinks ! )
