SunBay Hotel

The hotel is well situated, front sea, 3 pools and aquapark which is ideal for families with children’s. But, the hotel is quiet old , 70/80’s and rooms are clean but old fashion and bathrooms need to be refresh! The shower curtain hold was a kind of telescopic IKEA bar falling down all the time. Food is bellow expected level, always same foods and quiet often overcooked. I recommend you to have a budget to go dinner outside in the plenty restaurants around. Personal not very motivated and friendly. In short 4 stars is more like 2-3 stars level.

Is a 3 star hotel with 4 star prices: - old - multiple bads in a room - low quality food ( me and my 8 year son got digestive problems ) - all services very low - from reception, to cleaning - they do not replace towels, no vanity refill ( I had to buy: shower gel, shampoo, .... The only positive is the water features. ...but they have one life guard for 3 pools ! ( that sometimes also is serving drinks ! )

We spent a great holiday on a beatiful Island in a great hotel. Spetial thanks to the Manager of the restaurant Mario and its assistant Laoura for their care. The kept everything clean and in proper order. Hotel is located as close to the beach as possible. This is a great advantage.
