What a wonderful holiday in an extremely well run establishment! The quality of the setting and facilities was matched by the real quality of the staff- they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! We’d go back here in a heartbeat!

We have just returned from the most incredible holiday experience of our lives at the Lindos Grand Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the hospitality was flawless, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the incredible staff. This was a highly anticipated trip as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The resort went above and beyond to make us feel special, treating my wife and me to spectacular service and a beautiful birthday cake celebration. The level of care and attention to detail here is genuinely unmatched. A week into our stay, our adult children came to join us. The management team went completely out of their way to arrange rooms and place them right next to us. It is rare to find a resort that handles guest requests with such seamless grace and genuine warmth. As for the resort itself, the facilities are second to none. Everything is immaculately maintained, modern, and designed for ultimate relaxation. The onsite restaurants are equally spectacular, delivering world-class dining and exceptional flavors every single night. If you are looking for a flawless, luxury getaway where you are treated like royalty, look no further. Finally, to the porter who kindly took me from and to my car each day, to the assistant finding us a seat by the pool, to the Joanne, the sweet young lady who knew our coffee order off by heart each morning. We cannot thank the team enough for making our special celebrations so unforgettable. We will absolutely be returning!

We’ve visited the hotel by mistake, but what a great experience it was. Actually we were residents of the same network hotel, but by accident we came here. The staff were amazing, they’ve arranged breakfast for us, worth to mention that it was one of the best breakfasts we ever had in hotels. When the staff realised that we mistakenly arrived here they were at the top level of the hospitality. We’ll definitely visit this hotel next time. P.S. breakfast was for free 😁

My Partner and I stayed at this Hotel for 7x nights and my overall impression of the hotel is generally very good. However, there were a few bumps along the way during our stay which made me question the Hotels 5* rating. Positives: 1. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our entire stay 2. The hotel was generally kept in a clean and tidy condition within the common areas. However some wear and tear was visible 3. The location was great. Easy commute via Taxi to Lindos Town and walkable to beach. A hire car is recommended for the stay for those that like to explore the area. Taxi fares ranged from €12-€15 each way. 4. The sunbeds were well policed. If your sunbed was out of use for more than 30x minutes, the staff would remove your belongings and allow other guests to use them. This was well enforced and needed as the sunbeds were limited during busy periods. 5. The food was very nice and presented well. Good food options on site during the morning, day and evening. Negatives: 1. The price of the hotel was expensive in my opinion when compared to other local stays. Not only do you pay for the hotel room, but you would be required to pay €20, per session, should you wish to use their full health suite facilities. Unless you paid for their expensive massage options. There was no iron within the room, but there was a very expensive iron and cleaning service, which was charged per item. A “top end” massage option exceeded €200. 2. The spa & gym facilities operated on limited hours. The spa closed at 7pm which meant that the you would only really benefit from this service in the late morning, or during the day. But when the weather is as nice as it is, you don’t really feel the need to use it. A nice relaxing wind down at the end of a long day would have been more preferable. 3. We had a double room with balcony and whilst the area itself was pleasant, we encountered some cleanliness issues on arrival, of which remained where they were throughout the entire stay. Which therefore questioned how thorough their cleaning checks were. Not only this, but our room door to the bathroom had no closing function. So for those who like their privacy, this wasn’t really possible when the door had to be left ajar each time. 3. For the price of some rooms which had the benefit of a pool, some were really open and not private at all. You could walk right past them. Some were built into the complex itself which meant that there wasn’t much sun or decent views. 4. During our checkout, we had noticed that our bill was incorrect. We had previous guest's bills included and some were for other rooms. This was resolved, but I would recommend pay as you go throughout your stay. Overall, a nice hotel and was a standout when compared to other local hotels. But it comes with a heavy price tag.
