Beautiful hotel but with problems 😞 We first met Rosemary at reception. Such a lovely lady who couldn’t do enough for you. We were welcomed with a mocktail and given the WiFi and asked up to download the app to book room service etc. We were there for my son’s wedding ( another venue). Our room was perfect. They upgraded us to a sea view. A bottle of red wine and water in our room to welcome us. However my son experienced a problem with his room . It smelled of sewerage!!! A huge inconvenience having to swap rooms, with all their luggage having to be packed again .i think it was the swimming pool, outside the room . I heard that they had to close the hotel for a few days because so many people experienced the same problem. Probably because it hadn’t been used for a few months. I have mobility issues, which they accommodated for putting me in a room with easy access. However, to get to the higher up rooms without the buggy that you can call for from reception would be a pain. Also to get to the beach would be very difficult. The cost of the drinks was expensive. €20 for two 125ml of wine!! On the first night, we ordered drinks. After waiting 40 mins for it, I went to the bar and demanded to be served there. For a 5* hotel , this was unacceptable. Apart from our party, there was only another couple in the bar area. I told Rosemary and to be honest, it git better. The buffet was €40 per person which was not worth it . Overall, this is a lovely hotel but the bar staff need constructive feedback on their customer service. Handy hint: there is a mini market just outside the reception where you can buy drinks, snacks and things you may have forgotten!

My flight was diverted to Athens due to high winds, which meant I missed my first day at the hotel. This was obviously very stressful and exhausting. I did contact the hotel by phone to advise of this and they were very helpful. I also decided to book an additional nights stay to make up for this under a separate booking. On arrival at the hotel, after having been travelling for over 24 hours at this point, all the stress melted away when I was warmly greeted by Katerina, the guest relations manager, for check-in. The process was smooth, quick, and informative (but also felt very personal), and I was taken by a very lovely porter to my room. Now, what Katerina had failed to tell me, as it was a surprise, was that my room had been significantly upgraded to a sea view suite with a pool. I was absolutely blown away by such a wonderful gesture. The room was incredible, and the view was such a treat to wake up to every day. The hotel itself is stunning, and the amenities are top notch. However, what sets this hotel in a league of it's own is the staff. The level of service is, in my opinion, in line with 5 star hotels and resorts I have visited in Dubai and the Maldives. The attentiveness of the staff is incredible, and I was always greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything I needed. The staff here truly go above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Given that my last day was under a separate booking (and was again, a garden view room), I enquired as to the check out/check in process. Very kindly, Angeliki, the front office manager, arranged for me to stay in my room for the additional day to save the hassle of moving. She did also say that whatever the hotel can do to make guests happy, they will do. Amazing service. Whoever is doing the hiring of staff at this hotel has got it right. Angeliki and Katerina are a true credit to this hotel (both ladies really did look after me well). I must give mention to the lovely Theodora also. However, all the staff here are truly a gift, from the porters, waiters, cleaning staff, and front of house. All work hard to ensure guests are made to feel a priority. This was such a fabulous trip made every more special by this wonderful hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

If you want a luxurious stay at a wonderful hotel with incredible views, polite friendly, attentive staff, great views , lovely food and facilities, this is the place for you Angelica the manager Stella and George in the restaurant, along with Tia the buffet/ breakfast host all made for a wonderful stay The infinity pool overlooks the superb views across the bay Our room, upgraded to an amazing sea view was perfect and convenient for all of the facilities The food from the buffet was great with plenty of choice A wonderful stay Thanks Richard and Gill

Stayed in Lindos at the Lindos royal resort and whilst there went across to Aegeo spa. We had two massages across the spa of a week! Lovely massage at the spa from Karina and Afrodit. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the hotels or staying in Lindos.

Korina was exceptional, superb experience and massage, incredibly relaxing and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lindos or Rhodes to visit the Spa. Bespoke product recommendations which are actually fantastic. Will definitely be going again
