Spent a week here and I think a lot will be learnt from the first few months since opening. Rooms Small toilet room with no shelf. No towel radiator in the room so couldn't dry swimwear and no balcony just a sliding door to open. Only one stool in the room so had to sit on the bed. Rooms needs a better mirror with lighting. The beds were huge and comfortable but if there was any movement the whole floor would hear. Pillows a little soft. Lots of snagging and lack of attention to detail. Paint splashes over doors and privacy netting. Flush wall fitting not finished tidy. Missing plaster. Markings on the floors from installations. The shower tray wasn't big enough always lots of water everywhere. Had to use towels. Lovely shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Water was always hot and never ran out. The mini fridge is not cold just a storage facility for items with no prices. Breakfast Disorganised. Needs to be set up different, have to wander around looking for cutlery, plates etc. Needs an omelette station put in out front, so the waitresses are not back and forth trying to do a million jobs at once. An addition of Lipton tea bags and a better coffee in the machine. But a good selection. Spa Well there is no shower to swill off when entering or when stepping out of sauna or steam room. Jacuzzi was freezing. Very disappointed. Roof top bar Never received any information about this on arrival. Found out it opens 11am closes 5pm. Lovely sunbathing spot but the water was also very cold. Pool areas Rainy days spoilt this and the furniture looked mouldy and grubby where it had been left out. Also soaking. The sand around the edges is a pain and gets everywhere. Maids Super happy with level of cleaning in the room and changing of towels regularly etc. Hopefully after this short season, things can be adjusted and customer feedback used to assist. All the best.

- Blocks look finished on the outside. They are unpainted concrete - cheap. - Breakfast - substandard at best. - Food - 5* prices, average at best. - Cocktails / Drinks - you’d get better at a E1 per drink club. - Service - is there any? Reception check in was okay. - Spa - Miserable unless you like a cold jacuzzi. - Rooms - pretty average … sink in the middle of the room. Shower see through from the bed. Very underwhelming. Overall, it’s quite a depressing hotel - thankfully we did a couple of nights as a week here would be painful.

Stayed here for two nights in October 2025. The location is perfect, one street off the front and opposite the O Beach Bar. A very pleasant 20 minute walk into San Antoni. The hotel has a welcoming open reception area that leads directly to the main central pool, which is beautiful, with various loungers, umbrellas, bean bags etc around to choose from. The pool was pretty cold - not many people went in. Beyond that is the bar area with a DJ stand at the top end. Very relaxed and a DJ did do a set the first afternoon we were there (on the second it rained). Surrounding the main pool and bar area are the blocks where the rooms are. All of them look to be three storey with lifts and they all appear to overlook one of two pools. There is a third rooftop pool and bar. The rooms themselves are clean, large and really very nice with stand alone baths as well as showers plus balconies. Overall lovely; no complaints there. My only downsides were that the blocks themselves don't quite look finished on the outside. They are concrete and look like they could be painted white rather than left as they are, but this may be deliberate. Also the drinks really are expensive here - 15 Euros for a pint. It's also 30 Euros for breakfast - nice but again steep. If you go out the front reception area and turn right and walk 50 yards there is a lovely, friendly Taverna where a pint is less than half that price and they also do nice food, free olives and nuts, and have Sky Sports. Walk another 100 and there is little supermarket where you can get water and alcohol at a fraction of the cost the hotel charges. Overall I would go back; just think a review of their pricing may be advisable.
