Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of food, lovely room.

We are here currently and coming to the end of our stay - it’s been really fabulous and I have struggled reading other bad reviews as that has not been our experience. In fact we like it so much we have booked through our tour operator to come again next year. Not a sprawling noisy resort it’s a lovely size with everything you need. Lovely manicured gardens, no worry about getting a bed as nobody reserving with towels. Lots of places to sit and relax both outside and inside. Very chic and right on the beach. Adults only zone which is very quiet with a smaller pool and right by the spa. Beachside bar serving drinks from 10am. Sandy beach with umbrellas and not sitting on top Of each other. It’s been really relaxing, weather great, everything here for a great stay. We have done a week and it’s been perfect. Food has been just right, Mediterranean buffet with copious salads and Greek food. If you are wanting lunch there is a lively outside covered eating area and a fabby gelato bar where you can a buy the best ice cream. Negatives are cost to purchase water! €5.00 and if you buy a drink with your meal in the evening you feel like they are watching to make sure you are not going to try not to pay and leave. Rooms has everything we need and reception and check in staff very attentive. Pool Areas are very clean and tidy and well cared for .

The actual hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the beach is lovely. Kids entertainment (clown show) was good, but the mini disco was ery poor. Very low energy lady, put on three songs and did some low energy moves. She then, for the remainder of the “show” attempted to paint the kids faces with images which looked like they had been drawn by a 5 year old and made them line up to do this- so 25 odd kids sat around doing nothing but waiting for the last 35 minutes. I Would recommend having two entertainers, experienced with entertaining children. Another area i would say the hotel needs improvement is the f and b service, especially around pool and beach, the app wasnt working properly and we werent told this and were sent incorrect items and then kept being approached about it. Take it away and sort it out. The restaurant at the beach serving food was also slow and some tables who arrived after us were being asked their orders first, which seemed odd. Wait staff were also not particularly friendly, most 5star properties recall names of their guests or at least pretend to be kind to your children but the staff would act like they hadnt seen us before every morning. That said the guy making eggs at breakfast and spidoula were assets to the team. 4 out of 5 days i had to call for room to be cleaned at 4pm. Not great after a day of exploring/ being at pool. This is despite having the “to be cleaned” sign on since 10am. One night at 1.40am we heard loud lorries with a siren, which woke us up- we were in a room overlooking the splash pad. Not ideal. Unfortunately people were reserving sunbeds first thing and not actually arriving until much later- so be prepared for this especially during half term. We booked transfers via the hotel, but on the way back it wasnt booked at the right time and had to wait at least 30 mins, so would recommend checking on anything you have booked as they do not reach out to confirm anything the day before. All in all, it was OK, i wouldnt return, but it might be best suited for those with small babies during term time.

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful hotel , we’d definitely return. We have a 5 year old and 8 year old and they enjoyed the kids club. We thought the service was great - the staff made a huge effort despite clearly being very busy. Special shout out to the lovely Petro and the blonde lady waitress who was always at breakfast (sorry I’ve forgotten your name). We had a swim up room which was fabulous, although the room space slightly small for a family of four. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was outstanding, so much so that we cancelled our table bookings in the Al la carte! We felt the hotel was calm and peaceful, despite being incredibly child friendly (hard to achieve in our experience!). The beach is also absolutely beautiful. Couple of Tavernas and supermarkets in walking distance along the beach, which was nice when we wanted to get a change of scenery. Thank you so much Domes - we hope to be back soon!

Great resort! The staff is welcoming, curtious and ensure that your stay is a pleasant experience . The food is excellent would recommend making diner reservations on the 2 on site restaurants. The pools and beach are the Crown Jewels that make you journey peaceful and resting
