The hotel is actually a complex consisting of multiple small, old buildings. We were accommodated in the Blueberry building, where the rooms are extremely small and narrow. The furniture in our room was stained, including a sofa bed next to the main bed that had large greasy stains on it. I honestly did not even feel comfortable putting my belongings on it because I was worried they would get dirty. The bathroom had a very strong, stale and unpleasant smell, which I assume came from the drains or sewage system given the age of the building. When you turn on the tap, even the water itself has a very strong and unpleasant odor. There is actually a notice in the bathroom warning guests not to drink the tap water, so we brought bottled water to the room and even used it to brush our teeth. The towels were another unpleasant surprise. They looked extremely old and worn, and when you brought them close to your face, they had the same unpleasant smell that was present in the bathroom. This is simply not something you expect from a resort charging prices at this level. The restaurant is located in a completely different building, so you have to walk across the resort to get there. This is supposed to be an all-inclusive experience, yet the food was one of our biggest disappointments. Most of it was either lukewarm or completely cold — and by cold, I mean genuinely cold. Bread was put out in the morning and left exposed until the end of dinner. By the evening, it was so hard that it was practically impossible to eat. What I found particularly unbelievable was the lack of proper food-warming equipment. Instead, guests had access to a microwave to heat up their own meals. For an all-inclusive resort charging these prices, I find this completely unacceptable. Food that was not eaten during lunch appeared again at dinner, rather cold or about to turn cold and unappetizing. The salad section initially gives the impression that there is plenty of choice because there are numerous bowls, but in reality the same three types of salad are simply repeated across several different containers. The pasta was particularly unpleasant. During our stay, we saw pasta and sauces left out during lunch and remaining there until dinner. By the time you tried to serve yourself, the pasta had become stiff, clumped together and extremely difficult even to take out of the container. I simply cannot understand this way of serving food at a resort. All of this made us concerned enough about our health that we chose to skip some meals at the hotel altogether. Some of the wooden boards in front of the poolside café were loose enough that you had to watch your step to avoid falling. Overall, the entire resort felt a bit neglected and in need of renovation and much better maintenance. The coffee was also terrible — machine-made, unpleasantly sour and nowhere near what I would expect from a resort marketed and priced at this level. The only thing I can genuinely praise is the beach. But honestly, it is difficult to go wrong with the beautiful beach in Ulcinj, and I can hardly consider that an achievement of the hotel itself. Please think very carefully before paying thousands of euros for a stay here. Based on our experience, the quality of the accommodation, food, maintenance and service comes nowhere close to justifying the price. Kudos on the great garden, pools right on the beach but everything else is just not worth the money they usually ask for. You need improvement.
Velký výběr jídla, vždy jsme si měli co vybrat, vše chutné, velmi příjemný personál, jen špinavé židle, vše jinak v pořádku
Rezort je veliký a krásný, pěkně uklizený. Pokoje poměrně prostorné s velkou šatnou a 2 balkony (rodinný pokoj). Luxusní výběr bazénů s dostatkem lehátek. I mimo sezónu animačních programů fungoval dětský koutek.
A big thank you to Sanela, Elvir and Genci! They were kind, polite and very welcoming. We really appreciated their help and the way they treated us during our stay at Azul Beach.
We had a lovely experience at Azul Beach. Sanela, Elvir and Shpresa were always friendly and ready to help. Their positive attitude really made us feel welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality! ⭐️
