Hotel Icici

This was our 6th visit and we still love this hotel but this time our rating is just 4/5. We stayed in 2 rooms asked a connecting rooms. We got one with a very small balcony (corner room) and the other was OK. There was water leaking, dripping from the upper floor to our terrace. We asked for a room change and it went very slow. Once we got the room it was not properly cleaned... The porter person was a little bit too pushy could not understand that I did not want any help ta get our luggage from the reception to our room, which was approx. 10 meters! The staff was nice and our sleeping quality was great again. Food was fine and the breakfast was superb. We missed the sauna very much and the wall bars from the gym. Parking was easy, it was EUR 20/night additional cost.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ičići. The location and pet-friendliness are definite highlights, although there are a few areas for improvement regarding the dining and room service. Pros: Beautiful rooms & views: The rooms are spacious, modern, well-decorated, and all offer a fantastic sea view. Very dog-friendly: Highly recommended if you are traveling with a dog! The hotel grounds feature a large garden. Just a few minutes' walk away is a small dog beach, and nearly every nearby village has an enclosed seaside area where dogs can swim and run around off-leash. Location & Surroundings: Located right on the coast with plenty of walking and hiking trails (both along the sea and in the mountains). There is a lot to see and do within a short driving distance, though a car is necessary to explore the area. Atmosphere & Bar: Cozy bar with comfortable seating and stunning sea views—a lovely spot to relax with a drink. Pool: Not overly large, but there is plenty of space to relax. Cons / Areas for Improvement: Housekeeping & Room Service: Tea bags and paper cups are provided upon arrival, but these are not replenished during the stay. Dirty glasses were not replaced, and having proper ceramic mugs in the room would be a welcome upgrade. Breakfast: The breakfast spread is the same every day, and certain items were dried out (such as the pancakes). On the positive side, the croissants are delicious! It was also nice to see leftover croissants repurposed into a tasty bread pudding in the morning. Dinner & Restaurant: The dinner menu lacks variety and choice, which wouldn't be an issue if the quality were higher. We’re thinking it’s the end of the busy summer season and everyone will be tired. However, some dishes fell short (e.g., sugarless pudding, artificial-tasting ice cream, and dry meat). On the bright side, the pizzas were great, as well as some dishes were really good. Interior-wise, the restaurant lacks the calm ambiance found throughout the rest of the hotel. Conclusion: A great, relaxing hotel in a fantastic location with excellent facilities for dog owners. With a few refinements to the food quality and room service, it would be perfect!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a well-maintained hotel. These aspects are definitely worthy of its star rating. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a disappointment. The food quality was below expectations, the bread was often poor, and dishes were not replenished regularly. The buffet also lacked variety. During our 10-day stay, mashed cabbage and potatoes was served three times, which gave the impression of a repetitive menu. A pity, because the hotel excels in almost every other area.

We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Beautiful location with direct access to the water. Each room has a beautiful sea view and balcony. With the exception of 1 grumpy person at the front desk, staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and well kept and the breakfast very generous and is constantly replenished. My only complaint would be that in the past couple years, the housekeeping staff has sadly declined. They do not vaccuum room daily, dont replenish bathroom ammenities or replace pool towels. I had to ask almost daily for something that hadnt been done. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We stayed at Hotel Icici for 3 nights in the second half of May, 2026. It was our our 5th stay here. The staff was nice. We asked the reception to change our room and we got another one. Our room was actually designed for disabled persons, the entrance door was opening to the corridor, the bathroom was not the normal type, which was not really convenient for us after a while. Anyway, our room was clean. Parking was OK, now the card system worked properly. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Just one thing to mention. Why did not you replace the billiard pool table on the first level? We really missed it.
