Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Kvarner Bay

We stayed for 11 nights with our 3 and 5 year old children. Top marks to the hotel staff who were all incredibly attentive and would often go above and beyond to help our family. We were very appreciative of those in Food and Beverage - Vinalyn, the restaurant manager and chef, as well as the staff in Sea Breeze. The food was excellent, offering a wide selection of healthy options for our fussy children. Three pools were open and we most enjoyed the Sea Breeze pool area which alongside the kids water slide and water play area was fabulous and a pleasant surprise for us as we did not expect the hotel to have this facility. The room was clean, comfortable and modern with a stunning sea view. Although the hotel is not fully completed, the staff went out of their way to make it a really pleasant stay for us. Special thanks to the team at the kids club which was in the process of opening - our kids thoroughly enjoyed the daily arts and crafts activists with the very creative staff. Highly suggest hiring a car and driving to Plitvice lakes for a day trip as we did this with our family.

While uncertain because opening period, final experience at Mövenpick Kvarner Bay was fantastic. Service, Food, Hospitality, everything was above expectations.

Beautiful new hotel with amazing sea views and perfect food. Beautiful natural beach just bellow the hotel, nice pool. Will definitely be back!

We stayed when it was newly open in July and came away genuinely impressed - we had a really special all-inclusive getaway weekend. Despite arriving really late, check-in was warm and seamless, and the room itself exceeded expectations: everything was brand new, furnished spotlessly, bed was really comfortable and our junior suite had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and with the view extending into the sea. The restaurant served delicious seafood and pasta, always lively and relaxing whenever we walked pass in the day. The main pool was very popular with families, and a quieter second pool on the upper level with a stunning sea view and a calmer vibe perfect for couples. From the hotel you can also walk straight down to the beach which was calm and beautiful, perfect swimming conditions and temperature; you can rent paddleboards directly from locals there. The setting was beautiful, the staff team was really warm and always available and eager to help, many little details in the hotel made everything feel effortless, this hotel really is a hidden gem.

Everything from the very first entrance untill the end of our stay was amazing. The GM welcomed us upon our arrival,which was a great way to start our vacation. The staff was kind overall, the whole place was extraordinary, clean and spacious. The room we had -junior suite was nicely decorated and had enough space for the family of foru. Great Food, great vezne, we will be back again!
