Terra Park Phalaris

Horrible experience in this artificial overpriced environment damaging camping place. Unfriendly management insisting on booked times. Understandable as early September the place was already empty. Just older German campers to be found here - no family with kids. And many partly aggressive dogs. Dog pups all over the beach. One did do this directly in front of us lying at this artificial beach. Beach is polluted. We found Glas plastic bottles and hundreds of cigarette leftovers. The staff is lazy standing around. The place is completely mismanaged. For the price we paid it is not worth.

Guests should take good care of their things, because my water shoes were stolen on the beach. The sea is clean, and the facilites are great

We stayed at this location drawn by the beautiful beach and clean sea, which were indeed enchanting. The nature is truly stunning and offers a sense of complete relaxation. However, our experience was significantly marred by numerous service and accommodation issues. Unfortunately, the staff was inefficient and disinterested, which added to our disappointment. Additionally, there was a pervasive smell of sewage throughout the accommodation, both inside the cabin and in the outdoor area around the pool and terrace, especially in the evenings. This greatly diminished our enjoyment of the stay. Although there are house rules for guests, it seems the same rules do not apply to the staff. Throughout the entire day, even on weekends, we were subjected to constant noise from excavators, grinders, and hammering, which was entirely unacceptable for a holiday resort. We attempted to extend our stay for just two hours past the 10 AM checkout time, but were refused with the explanation that housekeeping needed to clean. Instead, we were offered the option to pay for an additional night's stay in the same cabin.
