tento hotel nejen že splnil naše očekávání ale nastavil latku hodně vysoko,vše na 5* úrovni de facto není co vytknout ,jedna znašich nejlepších dovolených ,určitě se zase opět vrátíme ,děkujeme celému personálu hotelu za příjemnou dovolenou

V hotelu jsem byl ubytován koncem června před jeho slavnostním oficiálním otevřením. Hotel byl z velké části již dokončen a to co se dodělávalo, nijak zásadně hosty nerušilo. Pobyt jsem objednával přímo na webu hotelu a chtěl bych tímto poděkovat i recepci za přidělení pokoje, dle mého přání. Chtěl jsem pokoj ve vyšším patře s pěkným výhledem, který byl opravdu prvotřídní. Jak na moře, tak i na pohoří Biokovo, které je prakticky hned za hotelem (přesně tak, jak je na oficiálních fotografiích hotelu). Tento hotel má velké pokoje, což nebývá úplně běžné, doporučil bych pokoj typu Luxury a rozhodně pobyt s polopenzí. Jídlo bylo výborné se spoustou specialit. Příjemné bylo, dát si ke snídani i skleničku Prosseca a začít den trochu jinak. Hotel je prostorný a hodně se zde dbá na profesionalitu a detaily, což hodně dotváří celkový dojem. Na recepci vše fungovalo perfektně, zavazadla doručena na pokoj atd., prostě vše, co bych u hotelu 5* očekával. Hodně mi tento hotel připomínal hotel Ambasador 5* v Opatiji. Ručníky a lehátka jak u bazénu, tak na vyčleněném dílu pláže jsou v ceně ubytování. Hotel ještě dokončoval restauraci/bar na střeš hotelu. Byl jsem se tam podívat a to byl opravdu velice krásný výhled na moře a hory. Do Chorvatska jezdím cca 20 let a tento hotel a to ještě nebylo úplně vše dokončeno patří k tomu nejlepšímu, kde jsem zde byl, přičemž porovnám stejné kategorie hotelů. Ještě bych upozornil na dobrou polohu hotelu, který je na okraji Makarské, byl zde poměrně klid, otevřený prostor a proudila zde energie, což se nedá říci o středu Makarské, která na mne působila stísněně a bylo zde velice hodně lidí. Hotel určitě stojí za opakovanou návštěvu.

Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, felt that several aspects of the experience fell well below what we would expect from a 5-star property. The organisation and service at the outside dining area were particularly disappointing. Tables were often not cleared or laid ready for the next diners, and on occasions we had to get our own cutlery. There appeared to be a shortage, with one evening a waiter having to go around taking cutlery from other tables in order to set up for guests. On another evening, we were not provided with seat pads for the outside chairs. When we asked, the waiter went to speak to the manager, only to be told that the seat pads were at the cleaners. This seemed rather surprising for a hotel of this standard and made the outdoor dining experience less comfortable than it should have been. The housekeeping was also not up to the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. On a number of mornings, the beds had not been properly made, with the duvet simply folded into four rather than the bed being fully made. These may seem like small details, but it is the attention to detail that makes a difference at a 5-star property. There was also no entertainment for adults whatsoever during our stay. We appreciate that entertainment may not be a priority for everyone, but even some background music while dining outside would have created a much nicer atmosphere. The complete lack of ambience made the evenings feel rather flat. Unfortunately, we also didn’t feel that the food was of the quality or variety expected from a 5-star hotel. The choice was limited and, overall, the standard did not live up to what we had anticipated. It also gave the impression that the hotel was already closing down for the season, despite us being there during the advertised operating period. For example, the beach bar was closed, which was disappointing and further contributed to the feeling that facilities and services were being reduced. That said, we would like to mention Mateji and Dragisa, who were both very helpful and friendly during our stay. Their attitude and willingness to assist were appreciated and they deserve recognition for their efforts. Overall, there were some positive aspects to our stay, but the organisation, dining service, housekeeping, food, lack of atmosphere and closure of facilities meant that the experience did not feel like a 5-star hotel stay. We had expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

Great amenities, 3 pools, lots of chairs. Some things could be better, for example reception desk is not on a 5 star level. That being said, if you have a kid, choose this hotel. There are so many activities for kids, our daughter enjoyed it so much. Special praise to Mia and Barbara for taking a care of our daughter and for an amazing aquadance and mini disco activities.

The location of the hotel it’s amazing. Hotel is also nice with the 5 stars standards. We had a pleasent stay. The terrace restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Breakfast had diverse and good food. The room was very big and beds were comfortable Per total totally worth the money.
