The apartments are less than a 10 minute walk to the Diable lift, although the free shuttle bus stops a few minutes from the front of the building, and loops around the town. The apartments were well equipped, although we did not use the cooking facilities. The apartments are functional but are small. We had a three bed apartment for six people (capacity of 8) and we’re very surprised that there was only one toilet! The description of two bathrooms on the website is very misleading. The bunk bedroom is literally that a bunkbed with a built-in wardrobe that is a very little other space, the same with the twin room…. About 30 cm either side of the beds. We were located in Block B, which is the furthest from reception. An easy enough walk but allow five minutes extra when setting off. The boot room is a great facility however it is far too cramped for the number of people trying to use it. We only used the pool area once. The steam room was lovely, the sauna was more like a radiator heating a room…. It really was not hot! The indoor pool is small and the outside pool was cold. There is a ski set rental shop underneath the building. It was well located for walking out to eat and drink and also close to a supermarket.

We’ve just returned from here and had the best time. The apartments are well equipped, clean and pretty spacious. We had a two bedroom for 2 adults and 2 teens, it would be a squeeze for 6 but that’s the case if you’re using the sofa bed in most places. My only gripe was the towels were a bit small and thin. Location was perfect, the apartments are on a slight hill which was slippy with luggage when we arrived as they’d just had snow, but was cleared by morning and the shuttle bus was handy to get to and from the lifts (especially jandri) but not essential. We found using the pistes behind (direct via the super Vénosc lift) the hotel in the morning and then going over to the other side of the resort via chairlift in the afternoon worked really well for us. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The resort is lively but not crazy, perfect for us. The reception area was warm and welcoming and the rental shop under the apartments was really handy. We’re yet to return to any ski resort we’ve visited but wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The facilities felt very basic, and there was no proper bar area with any atmosphere to relax in during the evenings. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, but unfortunately it was far too cold to comfortably use. We only went once during our stay because of this, which was frustrating. The staff also came across as rather unhelpful at times. For example, no one informed us on arrival that breakfast needed to be booked before 6pm the previous evening. When we arrived for breakfast we were turned away, despite explaining that we had never been told about this policy. The rooms themselves are quite small and fairly basic, so they didn’t feel particularly comfortable for a family stay. On the positive side, the kids’ club was excellent and the location of the hotel is very good. However, given the issues with the facilities and service, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Perfectly adequate. Clean and comfortable. Not the biggest room if you use the sofa bed but two showers was useful. Clean before you leave and no issues.
