The staff, Florelle in Reception and Joel the technician were exceptional throughout our stay.

Excellent location in top ski region. But poor beds and no place for luggage (a small bed instead of a closet). Overall expensive for the basic comfort.

Too expensive at Christmas time for the quality and capacity of apartment. It should include, at least, cleaning and making beds during the stay.

I'm sorry to say we did not have a good experience here. Our room was small, very basic and unclean. Duvet stained, marks on (laundered) bedding and towels. Dirty crockery in the cupboard. Dusty and dirty windows. It was noisy at night with recycling immediately behind the building. It was marketed as a 4 star apartment and in our experience it felt more like 2 star.

Would use again for our ski trip. Was ideal for what we used it for as we was out all day. Although the apartment felt small we made it work. Good local shop and Ski hire shops located in the hotel making pick up and drop off easy. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Pool was clean. Small issue is the parking, we waited over 1hr to get a space, no reservation for hotel guest, very much get a space if you can but would use again.
