B&B Hotel Cortina Passo Tre Croci

We booked a Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights directly through the official website. While the room was clean and offered a pleasant partial mountain view, our overall experience was disappointing due to the room layout and the reception staff's attitude.First, the lighting in the room was very dim, which made the space uncomfortable and dark for us.However, our biggest dissatisfaction was the seating. The room only provided one single hard stool. This completely contradicts the photos on their official website, which clearly show a comfy chair. It is absolutely unreasonable to have only one stool in a "Deluxe Double Room"—are they expecting one guest to sit while the other stands?When we went to the reception to clarify, the staff member dismissed our concern, coldly stating that a single hard stool was correct for our room type. To make matters worse, the next day we saw that the room right next to ours had two comfy chairs. We felt unfairly treated and unwelcomed. We cannot help but wonder if we were targeted or discriminated against because we are Chinese.Between the misleading photos, the lack of basic comfort, and the unfriendly reception staff, we will definitely not be returning to this hotel. 我們透過官方網站預訂了 2 晚的豪華雙人房（Deluxe Double Room）。雖然房間本身乾淨，且看得到部分的漂亮山景，餐廳員工也很友善，但由於房間設施與櫃檯人員的服務態度，讓我們這次的住宿體驗非常糟糕。首先，房間內的燈光非常昏暗，這對我們來說很不方便，感覺很不舒服。然而，最讓我們不滿的是房間內的座椅配置。房內居然只有一張硬板凳！這與他們官網上顯示有「舒適單人椅」的照片完全不符。在一間「豪華雙人房」裡只給一張板凳，這極度不合理——難道是想讓一位房客坐著，另一位房客站著嗎？我們特地到櫃檯反映這件事，沒想到櫃檯人員態度非常冷漠，直接打發我們，說我們的房型本來就只配一張硬板凳。更過分的是，隔天我們看到隔壁房間明明就放了兩張舒適的單人椅！這讓我們感到被不公正對待且完全不受歡迎。我們不禁懷疑，是不是因為我們是中國人，所以才受到這種差別待遇或歧視？官網照片誤導、缺乏基本的舒適度，加上櫃檯人員令人心寒的態度，我們絕對不會再光顧這家飯店。

The location is outstanding. Great views from the hotel and trails all around. We spent a lot of time on our little balcony just taking it all in. There's easy access either by bus or car to Misurina and the Tre Cime hike. We did not go to Cortina, but it's not far.

This stay was booked for me by a trekking company. The room itself was large with great views, comfortable bed, nice linens. I liked the little store by the front desk; I was able to get some really tasty protein bars for the rest of my trek.

Very specious room, very friendly staff. Liked it a lot and will happily return

Great stay overall - the staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the rooms have quite poor sound insulation, so you can hear a lot of noise from the corridor.
