Quiet atmosphere, good choices from daily set dinner menu, indoor pool with bar, good sauna and steam bath areas. Although set dinner menus were offered daily, the buffet for extras such as salads, fruits and cheese was most of the time not refilled and not enough for all the guests. During meal time, one had sometimes an impression that staff were overwhelmed and could hardly cope with servicing their guests. Pet friendly hotel. Nearby attractions and cities accessible by public buses/private transport.

A wonderful hotel, kindest staff, great pool, food, cleanliness, Bulgari cosmetics. We have stayed here twice and it is always a wonderful place to go to

Had wonderful meals in the Dolomites except the Gourmet restaurant at this hotel. I cannot rate their other dining room as that was for hotel guests only Take my word as a seasoned traveler. Avoid this establishment..

First class wellness hotel in beautiful Ahrntal with very good access to alpine skiing close to Kronplatz, sleigh riding, ski hiking to well known peaks and cross country skiing. Very friendly service. Outstanding kitchen with tasty local food.

This was our second summer holiday stay at the Alpin Royal Hotel in the Ahrntal Valley Near the South Tyrolean Dolomites. We booked a Heavenly Suite and so it was, spacious with balcony and mountain view. The indoor pool and the spa area was first class, so was the food at breakfast and sumptuous dinner every night - we stayed 7 nights.
