Went to this hotel for 2 weeks with my husband. Location ok 25 minutes into the town transport not great taxis expensive there was a bus but sometimes didn’t turn up. Atmosphere ok entertainment team very pleasant slightly childish running around with a plastic trumpet and coin tricks. Noise level was very loud couldn’t even speak to each other due to the noise. Very Italian hotel very limited English spoken by a lot of the staff appeared rude at times especially the lady at the beach bar her name was Valentino every day there was never a smile was on her phone a lot when working had to wait for a drink while she finished then went smoking. When my husband went for a drink the bar was open but shouted I’m on break!!! Very rude lady working in hospitality is not her thing. Pool bar was shut the whole 2 weeks so had to walk up to the main bar for drinks even for water tried to fill my water bottle this was not allowed no water stations not to be filled in the restaurant so had to go to the main bar if you did try to get water staff just kept saying no in the restaurant Food was ok lunch and dinner breakfast was awfull coffee machine looks as though never been cleaned and juice machine had flies around it. Sounds negative but this is how I personally found this hotel and people may love it but not for us On a positive note the bar staff in the main bar especially Bridget was fantastic hard working was allways smiling happy served you straight away no phone and very pleasant conversation trying hard with English credit to this hotel. Also two bar staff man and giuseppe were fantastic again credit to hotel. Beach was lovely five minutes walk plenty of beds and parasols also lifeguards. Pool was stunning not two cold but no bar. Rooms nice and spacious and clean but needs updating. Cleaning ladies were very pleasant room left lovely. Overall would I stay here again the answer is no Could be a fantastic hotel but needs good investment

This facility should NOT be offered by UK travel companies (thanks Tui). To enjoy a holiday here you must be able to speak fluent Italian, be happy to have no wi-fi apart from in the reception area, enjoy listening to deafening "drum and bass" music in the main pool area and on the beach and be comfortable having your wine served in paper cups in the main bar. There were insufficient staff to keep the dining and bar areas clean and clear. However, the food was plain, good quality fare. (only one dessert available at dinner). It was extremely difficult to leave the property without a 3km walk - no buses and no taxis. The rooms were plain with ancient TV and no foreign channels. The facility and the beach were beautiful but, the other issues ruined this holiday for us.

It is separated from the city by a railway. There are no gates in the territory, so you have to go around the whole circle, about two km, to get to the town. The food is very economical, mainly pizza and pasta. Fully oriented towards Italians, few people speak English. The rooms and restaurant equipment are outdated. I was very surprised that there was no wine in the AI ​​concept (yes, in Italy).

The most outrageous vacation I've ever had was in Calabria. The food was awful, there was no organization, no enjoyment, and the services were lacking. I traveled across the ocean from the US to visit my family and chose to stay there, which turned out to be the worst choice I've ever made. I even lost weight while in Italy.
