Miramare Sea Resort & Spa

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, and we genuinely don’t have a bad thing to say about our experience. Firstly, the facilities are excellent, the views are beautiful, and the overall standard of the hotel is exceptional. Everything has clearly been thought through to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were also incredibly impressed by the service across every department, but in particular, the waiting staff. We were looked after especially well by the amazing Keimer and Gabriele, who were both absolutely lovely throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, not just to provide fantastic service, but also to get to know us and form a genuine bond with our family. That personal touch made such a difference, and we really appreciated how much care and attention they gave us. It made our holiday so much more memorable! I would particularly recommend having dinner at the hotel. The level of care and attention from the staff makes the experience feel incredibly personal and special, and the food itself is excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere truly special. We will definitely be returning!

Very nice hotel, staff are cool and fun, great little spot in the world!!

Massively disappointing. The hotel is tired and run down. The staff, while friendly, are inexperienced. We were booked for four nights and stayed only one. The room smelled heavily of disinfectant, the hotel was totally lacking in atmosphere and the "spa" was sub-standard. The office as you walk in to the spa area of the hotel is untidy and grubby. What you pay for and what you get are two very different things.

Too many steps and slopes which we wasn't made aware of.. tui said it was reviewing whether or not it has any mobility problems..well one look at it will tell them it does.
