Villa Luisa

Here’s a polished version you could use for TripAdvisor: Villa Luisa was a lovely hotel and absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were exceptional — incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, which really made our stay feel relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was what we in the UK would call a continental breakfast, with plenty of choice for those who enjoy breakfast, including pastries, cereals, fruit, and other options. Although I don’t personally eat breakfast, there was certainly more than enough available. The only slight disappointment for us was the immediate surrounding area. While the hotel is very close to the railway station, the station itself is rather dilapidated, and we found the nearby eateries a little underwhelming. We relied on the train during our stay, which did limit our ability to explore the wider area, and in hindsight this is probably a location best suited to those travelling by car. That said, this in no way reflects on the hotel itself, which was genuinely lovely and provided a very comfortable stay. Overall, we would happily recommend Villa Luisa to anyone visiting the area, particularly for the cleanliness, comfort, and truly wonderful staff.

Stayed here as a base to visit Naples and Sorrento. Arrived after 10pm to a friendly reception and quick check in. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet just what you need to have a good nights sleep after a day in noisy Naples! There was an issue the next morning with no hot water, after reporting it to reception they advised a fault with the boiler and by the time we got back that evening it was fixed. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and friendly staff to take your coffee order and serve it to the table. We did not use the spa, 15 euros and over 18s only so had no reason to use it whilst here as a family. Rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the train station and from there 40 mins into the centre of Naples. We never used taxis as they would be expensive given this hotel is outside of Naples city centre. Public transport to get around was good There is a great restaurant a few doors down, Lucrino Pizzeria, we ate here three times, great food, reasonably priced and friendly staff. We really liked this area and would definitely come back and visit more around Pozzuoli and I’d chose this hotel again. The day we left was Easter Sunday and the reception gave my kids an Easter egg each which I thought was a lovely gesture. All in all a very good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was exactly what we were looking for.

Villa Luisa Offered us a small apartment with the kitchen and living area for a very small price. It is located -minute walk away from the train station and the beaches. I was there to go scuba diving and see the sunken buildings in the bay. The hotel is also a two minute walk away from the diving centers. I highly recommend this hotel.
