Hotel Pallanza

Lovely hotel. However had limited gluten free options for breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Lovely historic building overlooking the lake. Our room had comfortable beds and we had a great view of the lake, but alas only a juliet balcony. Please ensure you ask for a room with a full balcony, as the hotel is limited for relaxation space. There is no bar, no lounge and no garden. Its a very nice bed and breakfast hotel but if you want to sit and relax you need to find a bench by the lakeside. Breakfast is served in a sumptuous dining room, lots of choice but the hot food including bacon (not crispy) is not great, as its lukewarm and over cooked. There are better cold choices. Friendly helpful staff.

Great view from my 4th floor room. It is slightly frayed around the edges, but staff were lovely, architecture is beautiful, situation is just amazing and then there’s the cost. For where it is, the building, friendly staff, breakfast. Easily puts it as excellent. I arrived after a long drive, dumped my stuff and went and sat looking at the lake. A guy came over, I ordered a beer and trust me I was in heaven.

We stayed for 2 nights on the 4th floor in a large room with two sets of doors opening to spectacular views of the lake. A side window also opens to the mountains and beyond. Room well appointed, bed very comfortable and bathroom clean and fresh. The breakfast is excellent and more than an adequate way to start any day. The front reception staff went over and above superior service and overall our stay was an enjoyable and memorable experience. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Location excellent...very quiet rooms and very convenient for Pallanza facilities and boat station. Reception greeting and service at the front desk excellent. Breakfast ok...typical of the area. Main issue is with the Hotel fabric...it is need of a refurbishment....all starting to look a little dated. Decent value but it could be so much better with a facelift.
