Awful!! Couldn’t be worse!!! 2,5 stars being generous!! No minibar at a superior room, that was bought with a “vineyard view”, turns out it was only a backyard view. No robe, no flip flops, no fun, no joy! Terrible check in! No help with luggages. The nightmare list has no ending. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was sad! With a sad service, the attendant without any experience, knowing less than us, the guests. Dishes awfully presented, to say the least!!! Definitely do not recommend!!!

Wauw, what a beautiful hotel! The rooms are so big, comfy and feel very luxurious. View from the room is breathtaking, you will see the Tuscany landscape on one side and the city centre of San Gimignano on the other side. Breakfast is awesome, many choices and the people that are working there are very friendly and helpful! Would def come back next year!

We stayed at this resort for 3 days. On arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a nice gesture, even though it was just juice. Room & Facilities The room was okay – not renovated and quite outdated, but acceptable. The balcony view of the garden was lovely. The bathroom, however, was very small, dark, and in need of refurbishment. By the second day, it developed an unpleasant smell, and the toilet barely flushed, so we preferred to use the one near reception. The AC worked fine, though we didn’t use it much. One night, it unexpectedly turned on at 1am and couldn’t be switched off, but reception helped resolve it when we called. Food & Drinks Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety. The evening bar had a good atmosphere, but staffing seemed insufficient when the hotel was busy. The cocktails could use improvement – our cosmopolitans definitely didn’t taste right. Pool & Common Areas The pool area was beautiful with a nice view, though the water was uncomfortably cold. Overall It was a decent stay with some positives, like the views, pool, and breakfast. However, the outdated rooms, bathroom issues, and inconsistent service made it feel just average. Pleasant enough for a short stay, but not particularly memorable.

Beautiful property with comfortable spacious rooms, located just 5 min away from town centre of San Gimignano which also very beautiful. We stayed in the terrace suite and the rooms were very clean and tidy, and of course beautifully done. Tiny bits here and there than can be worked on like a vanity tray in shower and a kettle. Five stars as along with nicely done room, good food, good breakfast layout, the staff is very warm and kind, everyone from front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff. Thank you to Assal at reception for being very helpful.

The location of the hotel is just perfect, most of the rooms have an amazing and beautiful view, just a dream Comfortable and large free parking, the rooms are large and luxurious, there is a pool only in November, it was not possible to use it, but the whole place is as simple as in fairy tales, excellent and kind service
