Torre a Cona Wine Estate

We still are pinching ourselves from the fact that our travel agent found this hidden gem. Really can’t describe this once in a lifetime experience. The grounds, the history, the walks, the morning mist. All I can say is don’t miss the opportunity to experience this hidden gem. It’s everything and more that you’ve heard about in Tuscany wine country.

Beautiful scenery. Due to the rural area and the road conditions for walking, I would recommend having transportation. The restaurant menu is very limited and flavor is okay. Be prepared to pay at least 40 euro’s for one way transportation into town. Great place for rest and catching up on work due to quiet environment. Room does not have air during this time but don’t open windows, mosquitoes had a buffet with me. Staff are really sweet and helpful. Overall 8 out of 10. It would have been higher but I was really disappointed with the food and no air. We used for business and pleasure.

From the moment I reviewed this Estate, I knew I wanted to end our trip here - saving the best for last. Celebrating mine and my sisters 50th birthdays, the staff at Torre a Cona was delightful and very kind to make our stay an unforgettable one. From our check in -Thank you Mateo for seeing that we woke up with the best view of Florence country side before heading home. To the help with our luggage making sure it arrived at our room when we arrived. The Private Wine Tasting and cheese pairing with Sophia was excellent, her knowledge of the history of Torre a Cona Estates and wines made the almost two hour experience a fantastic unforgettable tasting. The dinner at Osteria Torre was very delicious and special. Other than that, the only complaint I have is that one day/night is not enough to enjoy the beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. From the moment we booked on Booking.com to the check out, you made our experience a lovely one and will be returning in the future.

Extremely beautifully renovated property, tastefully decorated rooms, restaurant, garden and pool. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful and varied breakfast. I must also mention the dinner which delighted us not only with the flavors and ambiance but also with the combination of wonderful ingredients which provided us with an exceptional gastronomic experience. Heaven on earth!

Absolutely magical wine estate! We celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the estate. The views were breathtaking , service was outstanding and the room was lovely! We were surprised with a bottle of red wine in our room to celebrate our Anniversary, such a thoughtful gesture. The property is immense and so well cared for. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and a tasting dinner. We loved the wine tour, and Gabriel was a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable guide. We were fortunate to have been given the opportunity to participate in the grape harvest and it was easily one of the thrills of our European Holiday! Truly a place we will always remember, and hope to return to one day!
