Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti

I surprised my husband with a stay here for his birthday recently and we were absolutely blown away by how incredible this was. Although I had planned this trip for several months, the pictures of the location do not do it justice. From the moment you drive up, the views will leave you in awe and the quality of the staff is truly comparable. Each of the valets that greeted us was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable; thank you Ivan and Beleck (I hate that I can't recall all their names, but they were all fantastic)! At check in, we were greeted by Valentina who truly made our stay special. From the special tour of the facility and our room, to her genuine kindness and compassion, she truly reflects the high quality and care of this hotel. The spa and sauna are without a doubt one of the best we have experienced in our life and it will certainly leave you feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated. As the spa areas are quite large, the staff is very courteous in helping understand all of the facilities and services. Iliseta and Katya were phenomenal at helping us, and the attendees were so kind and attentive (I can't recall the gentleman's name from Tanzania, but he was incredible). The great room has astounding views of the mountains and valley and we spent a lot of time at the bar there. Nicolo and Ivan not only made phenomenal drinks, but were also very kind. We ended up extending our stay and Alessandro went above and beyond in helping us with our options of extension and making our stay even more comfortable. Staying here was certainly the best part of our stay in Italy and we will certainly return just to stay at this resort. Thank you so much for making this special birthday even more memorable!

Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, location, service, and facilities were all 5-star quality. However, for a luxury hotel, there were two small issues with the bathroom: the shower water leaks all over the bathroom floor, and if you run the shower and the bathtub at the same time, they share the same hot water line, which causes sudden temperature changes. Also, the food prices at the hotel bar are quite expensive. Despite these details, it was an incredible experience and we highly recommend it!

We highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and impeccable service in the heart of the Dolomites. We will definitely return.
