I went to this hotel for a school trip. Rooms are pretty good. Food is great. Price is honest. Staff always available for any need even at night. It was a wonderful experience. The food I liked most were the Spaztle with their typical sauce: cream and speck. Thank you ❤️

Unpleasant staff, social room was smelly and bad food. If you want to sit in the reception, but the sofa smells urine(also gaming room).. Hotels stuff behave cat, so all down floor smells like cat, so I don’t recommend for allergic people. Room was budget, but clean!! You can choose from tasty salad, but the rest of the food was disgusting.

Me and another 3 friends stayed in this hotel from the 26th December 2012 to the 2nd January 2013. The staff was great and so was the service. The bathrooms are very nice and the rooms might be slightly outdated but that is normal in these areas. I kind of liked it as it gives a more warmly feeling kind of like in a cabin. When it come to these areas breakfast is very French/ Italian cakes bread cheese hams etc However the owner Valentina on the last 2 days was kind enough to offer us scrambled eggs! a bit more Maltese/ British. This bring me to the Bar. I love a good drink any they had the more typical drinks being beer/ wine too much grapa (popular round these areas) but there was no whisky apart from a bourbon (Jack D.) However when we said we were whisky drinkers guess what... a bottle of J. walker appeared the next day. Fantastic! The scots would appreciate this although its not a single Malt. Distane from centres and slopes? 3km 5 normal driving 10 minutes if you drive fast (don't do so in the centre Cameras) Value for money? fantastic recommended? definitely only complaint would be the politeness of the maids / cleaners which was very lacking Please note that for those who want to keep fit there is no gym but you can't really expect one I guess.

Ho soggiornato in famiglia prenotando tramite un'agenzia online:purtroppo la camera assegnata non era per niente accogliente, in particolare il bagno in condizioni fatiscenti, tenda doccia con manopole per aprire l acqua esterne alla doccia e pulizia irrisoria in tutta la camera....Per il resto cibo discreto e qualità altrettanto , nulla di eccezionale...unico punto forte l accoglienza dei bambini da parte delle ragazze dell animazione, motivo per cui assegno un pallino di punteggio, per il resto esperienza nel complesso negativa...che non ripeterei!MC
