Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters

Had an amazing 2 weeks here at Royalton Bluewaters Hideaway. Lovely room, good food, ( especially the jerk hut…!!) beautiful pools and beach. Amazing poolside service from the lovely Tamara who always kept us topped up with cocktails and red stripe and always with a smile. A genuinely kind hearted and lovely lady who we always enjoyed chatting to each day and even went out of her way to get us some Jamaican Juici Patties on her way to work for us to try. She really is an absolute asset to Royalton Bluewaters and definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Thank you Tamara xx

A fantastic 2 weeks, food, drinks, hotel great quality. A special thanks to Tamara who served us drinks and food around the pool area, her service, care and attention was unbelievable, very attentive and an amazing lady. Looking forward to returning to Jamaica and seeing Tamara again.

We had an absolutely amazing time here, food was good and service was excellent In particular a big shout out to Tamara who kept us well watered with cocktails around the pool, super friendly and always a joy to talk to everyday. Certainly made our pool days much more e joyable - thankyou 😎

What an amazing experience at Royalton! From the beautiful surroundings and luxurious atmosphere to the warm hospitality, everything was truly wonderful. But what made our stay extra special was the outstanding service we received from our incredible butlers, Demar and Daniel! 🌟 These two gentlemen deserve a standing ovation! Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine passion for ensuring their guests are happy were simply exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, valued, and completely pampered throughout our stay. Demar and Daniel, BIG UP yourselves! 👏🏽👏🏽 You both are true gems and wonderful ambassadors for the Royalton brand. Your dedication, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. You didn't just provide excellent service; you created an unforgettable experience! Royalton, you have two exceptional gentlemen on your team, and I sincerely hope their hard work and outstanding customer service are recognized and celebrated. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY! And having Demar and Daniel as our butlers again would be the icing on the cake!
