I stayed on the Hideaway side and my experience was great. The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was excellent. We had the best butlers (Ryan and Garfield) that made the trip even more memorable. They provided top notch service. My only complaints were regarding some details in the rooms. We stayed in rooms 1303 (junior suite) and 2101 (swim out). Overall, very nice rooms but there were little maintenance issues. In 2101, the shower door was not sealed properly so water ran out onto the floor. There were so many ants coming in from the patio as well. The room had a large double sink but one of the spouts was too short so whenever it was used , water spilled all over the sink. Once some of these small issues are addressed, I would definitely give the resort 5 stars.

It was “good” This is a hard review to do The pros are clean ocean water and amazing beach cleaned daily the guys work hard and do a good job.Tgis was my main draw and did not disappoint me. Rooms cleaned daily super fast by housekeeping no issues Minibar is a total crap shoot , good luck to you on that one enough said !!! Oren . Resort is clean and beautiful for sure but small, nice to walk to the family side for an excursion on the wild side LOL. Entertainment was ok The Bob Marley impersonator was amazing. There is no indication that they had a hurricane last year. They have done an excellent refurbishment job on this sight and my hats off to the team One Love Jamaica . The cons The main pool vibe and music are brutal IMO with no escape from the beats anywhere on the small property. Catering to a young crowd with No classic reggae was frustrating for me . Restaurant hit and miss on average take an hour from seating to eating. Food Quality average all inclusive fair. It’s an enigma resort It was a nice week but I would not return for a peaceful relaxing stay at this location

An Amazing Stay at Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters! 🌴☀️ We absolutely loved our stay at Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters! The newly renovated resort is gorgeous! The rooms are beautiful, all featuring private balconies, and the in-room amenities were fantastic. Everywhere you look, there's something beautiful to take in. The restaurants were amazing! We especially loved Calypso. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely perfect! And we couldn't get enough of the food at the Jerk Hut. We ate lunch there every single day. So delicious! The swim-up infinity pool was an absolute blast! The Vibe Team kept the energy going and made sure everyone was having a great time. And Pisces Bar was always a good time! Akeem and Sean know how to pour a great drink and keep the fun going! But honestly, our favorite part of the entire resort was THE PEOPLE! ❤️ Alicia in Guest Services is perfection! She was attentive, incredibly kind, and always made us feel taken care of. The bar staff at the lobby bar made every evening special. A huge thank-you to Maxwell, ShellyAnne, JaNeil, and Daniel for the laughs, great service, and wonderful memories! The resort is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is amazing, but it's the people who truly make this place special. We had an incredible vacation and will absolutely be back to Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters! 🇯🇲❤️
