Ocean Coral Spring

Went to ocean coral with my friend and I had an amazing time my favorite thing to do was stay in the lazy river. The food was good and service was also good. Thanks to Danaisha she was really helpful and accommodating.

I rarely write a review like this, especially because Ocean Coral Spring is a resort I have visited several times. Unfortunately, after this most recent stay, I do not plan to return. There were things we genuinely enjoyed. The entertainment team was excellent and activities such as the silent party, all white party, Jamaica night and pool activities were highlights of our trip. The lobby bar was also consistently one of the better parts of our experience and Lenois and Ashanti provided wonderful service. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of our accommodations were unacceptable. Our rooms felt worn and poorly maintained, housekeeping was inconsistent, amenities were not properly replenished, furnishings were visibly dirty and the minibar in our room was not cooling properly. Most disturbing was finding someone else’s fingernail in the pull out bed. That discovery immediately raised serious concerns about how thoroughly the sleeping area had been cleaned before our arrival. The food experience was mixed. Lunch and dinner were generally enjoyable, but breakfast was disappointing for our family, particularly when trying to find suitable options for my 6 year old son. I raised my concerns with Guest Relations during & after the stay. I was offered an upgrade and amenities toward a future visit, but I declined because I do not intend to return. I subsequently followed up regarding my concerns and have been disappointed by the lack of a timely resolution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I was not a first time guest. My family & I returned to Ocean Coral Spring because previous experiences gave us a reason to come back multiple times over the years. I therefore did not arrive looking for problems or expecting perfection, I expected a clean, properly maintained room and a reasonable standard of housekeeping. The entertainment and several staff members deserve recognition, but those positives could not overcome the cleanliness and maintenance issues we experienced. After multiple visits, this stay unfortunately changed my opinion of the resort and we will be taking our business elsewhere in future trips.

My sister and I had an amazing trip. We had a wonderful experience with everyone on the property especially our butlers Desroy, Ashdaine, and Moya. We also had a fantastic experience checking out with Rosemarie at the privilege services. We will definitely be back.

It was breathtaking. Everything excellent. Good food friendly and courteous staff clean environment.
