Se vším spokojenost. 3x denně servis pokoje. Na pokoji vířivá vana, sprcha 2x- nikdy jsme neměli problém s teplou vodu, musí se nechat déle téci-třeba i 3 minuty. Denně doplňována lednice několikrát, denně úklid. Vše ze skla, takže všude v hotelu se denně čistilo. Bazeny super. My byli tedy více na pláži, chodili jsme i kus od hotelu je krásná veřejná pláž, kde jdete 50 m do vody a stále mělko, průzračná voda - našli jsme velikánské mušle, hvězdice apod. Odpoledne jsme chodili k druhému bazenu a hráli míčové hry. Personál vstřícný, večerní programy..... Jídlo-bylo vždy z čeho vybírat, ryby, vepřové, jehněčí, mořské plody, těstoviny, gril, pizza, prostě jako všude. Také je u sport klubu kavárna, kde Vám udělají čerstviu kávu buď s sebou do kelímku nebo do hrnku v kavárně.. Děti si sami točí zmrzlinu nebo je k dispozici kopečková.

The customer service is beyond excellent here. Customer service offered by the staff at all levels is remarkable. I hope everyone gets assigned staff from the Butler Service like the one we had name Cecil!!! Cecil is super excellent!!! Things to Know: 1. Resort is 40 minutes from Montego Bay and is located in Falmouth, the parish of Trelawny. 2. Blue Waters is the Family side and Hideaway is the Adult only Side. 3. There is a Jerk Stand on the beach on each side and tons of bars/beverage areas on the beach. 4. Buffet has a Jamaican night that has Jamaican food. I was hoping for Jamaican food every night. Oxtail goes very fast. 5. Coffee & ice cream shop onsite which is part of the inclusive package. Hopefully they will have more local pastries such as Jamaican fruit cake, cornmeal/sweet potato puddings, and black forest cake. 6. Order Jamaican breakfast via room service on TV the night before. Overall, experience was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. Super thanks to Cecil and the team. We are just still floored by the customer service received. We have not seen this level of customer service by an entire staff since the 1980’s & 90’s and before the internet/social media corrupt us as individuals. One Love!!!

Amazing extention of the Mariott family of hotels amazing family suites available. Although this was just a weekend ..it gave an amazing opportunity for a repeat. Amazing and courteous staff shout out to the hospitality and room carers and of course to butler's akeem and Leo. On another note be aware that the buffet has a lot to still be desired as there selection isnt as eclectic as other all inclusive, because of the amount of room breakfast is rushed and hours short and then therr is a rush for room service between 11 and 12 30 since that's the only meal available ... management may need to understand overwhelming one set of staff and driving the others to finish breakfast and close doors leave a stressed tourist body both local and foreign. The pier 27 staff are wonderful and quite accommodating so hats off, the front desk at the spa is quite sweet however a lack of for sale products is noticed. For the kids the dead hours in between the buffet with a lack of chicken tender and pizza which is only available through the room service ... leaves parents and kids with a wait time of an hour. The mini bar while refreshed with drink does not refresh with chips and snacks ...which again falls short . But if you know ahead you can plan especially when you have active kids and teenagers who snack. Diamond was amazing and we will go again but hopefully our Diamond stay doesn't have the one hour wait... from room service. But again one cant look at staff or oven and kitchen use. One can only see management in this way. The coffee shop has mixed review as the amazing lady always greeted with a smile and a gentleman was always cleaning the floor ensuring it wasnt sticky and quite polite. But that was the two ladies there and the gentleman wiping the floor . Diamond chef at the perk grill and the bar tender at the Diamond Bar at the beach exceptional service with a smile. Thank you!! The food situation was so much better at the Steak House!! Food is on point and wonderful!!! Thank you especially to a beautiful young server who went beyond to make me a coffee at the end of my meal. You saved a mother's soul.. for not rushing us to leave i appreciate 🙏 you. The buffet and desert selection well hoping they can impress next time around. What was beautiful was the amazing local tourist which came onto the property and experienced the same service from their countrymen. So on that note well done Royalton! Its quite a better experience than the last review I had done in 2018. As for my families that travel with the kids give them an opportunity keep snacks as thw hour long room service wait and the hour of no buffet availability etc. Leaves only a small coffee shop and pier 27 to get things. But the property and the staff are quite willing.

Our experience was a lovely one, our host was chefs kiss.. as a Jamaican big up Nadisha Whyte❤️ She went above and beyond for us to have a great stay. Our housekeeper Tristen was also great and our server at Hunters. Great heroes weekend 🎉🎉

We stayed here October 4-8 2026. The resort was not busy nor crowded just like I love it. Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 presidential suite with ocean view, however the jacuzzi only worked in one room. The jacuzzi in the main bedroom and on the balcony only worked when you hold the button down. Housekeeping was amazing. Beautiful resort and beach especially at night. The staff kept the beach as clean as possible. It is both beautiful in the day and night. I only saw two cats the entire time. The resort is half family/half adult which limits you if you are traveling with kids to half the resort and also half the restaurants unless you dine without the kids. The pools were amazing however two of the slides were closed the entire stay and the planned activities rarely happened. For example, the foam party that was scheduled and listed on their app never happened. The bartenders are great all around. I also never felt pressured to tip but the staff is amazing so PLEASE TIP. The food is not authentic Jamaican food. The jerk chicken wasn't seasoned at all but the curry chicken was delicious. They also ran out of chicken wings which was the best thing they had going. DO NOT BOOK SPA until you're sure and ready of when you plan to do it. They will try to charge you if you don't reschedule or cancel within four hours of scheduling the appointment. I was pressured to book an appointment when we first got there and when I tried to cancel it the next morning, they wanted to charge me for it. I do want to say again the staff is amazing and limited to what they can do but they do the best. I especially appreciate Taniefa, Wendy, Nabraska, Andreene, Nadia, Davil and everyone else who made our stay a great one!
